We were told that the “New Mass” was the result of liturgical archaeology (which was condemned by Pius XII in Mediator Dei), when in fact it was merely borrowed from the Anglican books.

There is, of course, a bitter irony in this: The Modernists are always telling us “rad-trads” that we “can’t turn back the clock” … so apparently it’s only okay when they do it.
