Besides it was the Church that assembled the books in their current structure and form. The Holy Spirit that guided the Church did not suddenly vanish with the heretical break from the Church that now has broken apart to some 30,000 heretical particles and sub particles. Yes, The Church established the books in Scripture that was authenticated as the Word of God.
