You’re admitting you had no clue of the context of the passages or their meaning.

More false witness, I've admitted no such thing.

The rest of the link:

Evil and Heretical Theologians Have Conquered the Power

Monsignor Livi points out that a known heretic like Cardinal Kasper was chosen by Pope Francis as the main inspirator for the Synod of the Family. For Livi this is an other indication that Francis’ election was a big set-up which will eventually lead to the recognition of Luther and to the creation of a Mass without consecration. According to Livi this revolution was already planned in the early sixties. The last fifty years were marked by the activity of -quote – “evil and heretical” theologians in order to conquer power. Quote, “Now they have conquered it.”

Oops, Monsignor Livi seems to have missed the boat by about 50 years. "This revolution" wasn't "already planned" in the early sixties. It was already planned prior to the early sixties and implemented and promulgated by the late sixties. You see, he is actually part of the revolution.

You've been caught in yet another falsehood and now you're trying to squirm out of it. Part of the forgiveness comes when you confess you've erred.

I'd have a little respect for you if you'd just fess up and say, "yes, the verses I posted were trying to prove membership in the RCC is what the verses meant."

You keep digging the hole deeper, ebb. Everyone who reads the thread can see what you were trying, and failing, to do.

Well, once again you've racked up another mortal sin by bearing a false witness. Per Roman Catholic teaching you are now without your salvation....it's been lost until you can get to the priest and try and obtain forgiveness.

How does it feel knowing your eternal future is in jeopardy?

Christianity teaches otherwise. Christians do not lose their salvation based on the promises in the New Testament.

ebb, will you affirm your faith in Christ for your salvation? He stands ready to forgive you of all your sins.

Yes or no?

What say you?

Then what WERE you trying to prove?

Sad but probably true.

Thing is that most of the people who started this ‘revolution’ are either A: dead or B: will be soon and either are or soon will meet their eternal quote-unquote reward.

I wonder why they think this.

Oh ebb, don’t be silly.

I stopped pressing you for an answer about the meaning of ekklesia, especially since you pretty much admitted that it doesn’t mean Roman Catholic.

I never said that I wouldn’t reply to your posts.

I guess that means that we win the debate—what little actual debating there was.

Like maybe happened with JPI?

I remember asking some Catholic co-workers how they know if they elected the right pope after he was elected.

Lo and behold, one month later he dies of a heart attack.

Much later I heard that he was not their first choice but he got in somehow.

And voila, he's gone.

“Ebb out”

You will be out of the Religion Forum if you don’t stop starting flame wars in the RF.

Your personal attacks on other posters starts others responding in kind.

All:

Don’t engage those that use personal comments/attacks to stir things up.

Ebb tide: You have been warned before.
I don’t want to have to constantly go through your posts.
So if you keep it up, you will be given a time out from the RF again.

Thank you. I get so tired of non Catholics ripping my religious beliefs here and trying to evangelize us on these threads. It is very offensive and does not give us who are a Catholic a chance to discuss the current issues without some self righteous non Catholics telling us we are not the true religion like they think they are.

And I get tired of Catholics telling me that I’m condemned by God because I’m not part of a ‘One True Church.’ You can’t expect us to just take that without defending ourselves.

I think Jesus said something about specks and logs in eyes.

Not to mention that the very first paragraph in the excerpt is all about blaming Protestants for Francis’s sins.

Do you really think that we won’t respond to that?
