“God exhausted ALL his wrath, punishment, and condemnation for all the sins of every one that has ever and will ever live on the body of his Son, Jesus Christ, on the cross (1 John 2:2) and in doing so, God has righteously reconciled the world to himself (2 Cor 5:19).”

False teaching. You seem to have forgotten about the “repent” part!

2 Cor 5:19 is not teaching universal salvation with no repentance required. It is preceded by 17 and followed by verse 20:

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come! 18 Everything is from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. 19 That is, in Christ, God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and he has committed the message of reconciliation to us. 20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf: “Be reconciled to God.”

Nothing universal about it.

1 John 2.2 is followed by 2.3-4:

This is how we know that we know him: if we keep his commands. 4 The one who says, “I have come to know him,” and yet doesn’t keep his commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Again, nothing universal about salvation. Acts 13: “Paul and Barnabas boldly replied, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first. Since you reject it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles.”

God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
2 Cor 5:19.

Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
John 1:29.

He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.
1 John 2:2

For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13.

THE issue is Christ. Christ put away sin on the cross. Eternal life now depends on receiving Christ.
