We are Southern California. During Mass today, after Father David gave his homily, a man burst out loudly, saying “Are you going to address what happened this week? Are you going to talk about it? He was referring to the Pennsylvania report of priests and child abuse.
Clearly he was disrupting the recitation of the Liturgy. He was escorted out of the main worship space.
In the lobby, he continued to argue most assuredly that was the most opprtune time, during the Mass, to question the Church issues.
The ushers adamantly explained this is not the right time or place to try and discuss. The young man, 30ish, also further qualifyied his authority by invoking his masters degree in Theology at a prestigous university in New England.
He was given several options to utilize in order to present his concerns, but not by interrupting Mass.
He and his family left the building.
Many people in SoCal are understandably upset over the sodomite cabal that is the clergy there.
You know, the fag boys Mahoney churned out of his bathhouse in Camarillo.
If that guy doesn’t bring it up during mass, it will never be brought up in an honest way. And it will be business as usual for the filthy sodomites.
Wow. I am also in Southern California - proud to say Los Angeles and the surrounding suburbs are made up of some of the most devout Catholic communities in the world. The issue was addressed during mass this morning at my parish.
How did you and the congregation feel about the man who interrupted mass?
