Our Father in heaven, Holy is your name. In your infinite wisdom, holiness, and goodness beyond measure, please move in the hearts of our leaders, our people, our families, and ourselves this day.
We regret our trespasses with deep sorrow. We are not worthy of your mercy. With our whole hearts, we beg your forgiveness upon our nation, our leaders, our people, our families, and ourselves.
May your Holy Spirit fill the hearts of your people and let this day be the turning of the tide of darkness over our nation so that your light will forever shine upon us from sea to shining sea.

May God bless you and each of us praying and fasting for our nation today, and show us all this day what we must do to bring healing to our nation.

Our country is worth praying and fasting for. Specifically that the Lord would pour out His Spirit upon our land, that the people would repent and turn their hearts to their God and creator who loves them. He desires their true happiness. He desires to show them mercy and protection. Only in following the Lord will America find peace and safety.
Father, hear our prayers today and let us give all glory to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
