The Holy Spirit had to add DNA to Jesus body for the incarnation or He would have been a girl.

I'd be more careful in stating what God had to do in this case.

He’s the one that created DNA so i guess He knows where to find some. 😃 The point is all of Christ’s DNA could not come from Mary as a female has no Y chromosome to contribute. Beyond that I think speculation on the exact genetic make up of Christ’s human body is pointless and not only not relevant but not appropriate.
