My wife and I signed this petition. We do not expect that this Leftist Activist in robes will ever apologize but, we are happy to be among those to sign this petition.
The sad part is this petition has been out there for a while and the number of signatories is pitifully small.
And, for full disclosure, I myself am not Catholic. I am Greek Orthodox but my wife and children are Catholic. She told me about this petition and asked me to consider signing it. I was and am happy to have done so.
Vigano called this guy out and in very strong words and he has not repented. He won’t. He’s a Leftist First. Traditional Catholicism isn’t even on his radar. He is the Enemy Within.
I put the chances of Archbishop Gregory apologizes at slim to none, and Slim left town a few years ago. For a shepherd of the Church to denigrate a leader of a country diminishes himself in his capacity of shepherd. What a sad world we live in; in this case, thank Bergoglio for his diminishing the Church, thus setting the tone for those under him.

What is the point of this petition? It’s not really a plea for any action because everyone knows it will be ignored. It’s not a large enough group to be an impact, it will not influence mainstream Catholics, nor the hierarchy.
All an online petition does is make a small group of people look like the stereotype of trads - inflammatory, angry, self-righteous, reactionary. It reinforces the worst petty attitudes.
LifeSite News puts up a petition for all sorts of things. It’s a way to draw readership, get attention and make you feel like you did something powerful by signing.
Why not perform an act of charity or kindness instead and offer it up? That might make a real difference.
Trying to reform Gregory by secular means like petitions is sheer vanity.
Excuse me if I offend, but I am clueless as to why anyone wants to be Catholic or stay Catholic. Catholicism is corrupt. Someone, please educate me.
