I moved to the Episcopal church when they were changing over, and didn't care for the new version, but stayed for a while.
Now, I can't understand why anyone stays.

I LOVED the ‘29 Book of Prayer. And when it was replaced, the wind changed and my spiritual ship sailed in a different direction. Articles like this confirm that my course change was correct. They have turned something I cherished into a cult. It is difficult to look back and remember what it WAS. And I didn’t LET it happen, a few liberals can do massive harm to any conservative majority. Liberalism is spiritual ricin, a tiny amount is overwhelmingly toxic to any organization.
