Funny you should mention the Boston Globe. I receive a monthly called The Texas Catholic. An article on the front page mentions a Globe article about how the Diocese of Dallas has recovered from the Rudy Koss incident, indictment and settlements and has become the model diocese for dealing with pedophile priests (and keeping them out). I'll dig around for the article and see if I can find a URL for you.
