I suppose if one were a Clinton protege or a Pharisee one might try to more closely define "one to another" or in other words ask the question, "but who is my neighbor?"

This is a good thought and if one can't think of another as their Brother or Sister, than the Lord said to love thy neighbor, so friend or amigo is another good address
