God was willing, but they were not. God would, but they would not.
Question #2: Since you Arminians mantain that God is willing that men should turn from sin and go in His direction and we know that Jesus has said about prayer that is according to His will "that will I do" and you pray that God save all men will all men be saved and you become a Universalist heretic or did Jesus lie?

You cannot pray something to go against God's Plan. That Plan included free will and we cannot go against what God has stated will exist.
That is why Christ prayed, 'nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou'(Matt.26:39)
