That settles it. I'm getting rid of my current NIV and using my non-study KJV and NASB until I can get a new study NKJV. The TNIV is documented as poorly translating the so-called inclusive language passages and mistranslating other passages as well. I could have overlooked some of that as human weakness. But this is all a political and economic squabble. Zondervan has made a mistake with this. Aren't they the ones owned by ABC News or something like that?

Why go to the NKJ? It sneaks in the same incorrect readings of the NAS and NIV without telling you (2Cor.2:17, 1Tim.6:5,20)
