My parish uses kneeling at the Communion rail and it's not Anglican use. IMHO, you are fortunate. I am guessing that more Catholic Churches don't use them than do, or have yanked them out altogether...
And don't get me started on the Churches that yank out the Holy Water during Lent, and replace it with kitty litter, or little cactus gardens.

Using the communion rail is one of the things I love about our church. It stands out in stark contrast to most other churches in the diocese where it is rare that anyone kneels or genuflects in church.
