Same as St Paul's. He wrote to the Ephesians that the foundation is "the apostles (plural) and prophets; Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone."
Keys and loosing and binding are entrusted to the Apostles and all their successors; not just to St Peter.
If interested, here is a link to an Orthodox understanding of St Peter's primacy.

Ok. This however does not negate the fact that Christ chose Peter as the Rock on which his Church is built.

Nowhere is it recorded the other Apostles received the keys. I will give you (singular) the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
While it is true the authority of binding and loosing belonged to all the Apostles , the power of the keys, authority to open and shut, was unique to Peter.
The history of the Apostolic Council (Acts, Chapter 15) speaks especially clearly against the supremacy of the Apostle Peter. The Antiochian Christians appeal not to the Apostle Peter for the resolution of their perplexity, as should have occurred if we are to believe the Catholic dogma, but to all the apostles and pres-byters.
This Council speaks clearly regarding the Primacy of Peter. It was to Peter that the revelation came that Gentiles were to be baptized and accepted as Christians (Acts 10:46-48). At the Jerusalem council where the Aposltes met to discuss this issue, "Peter, rising up" spoke to them, after which "all the multitude held their peace" (Acts 15.7-12).
