Might be fun. Full disclosure, the guys at RangerUp are friends and great people.
and they are all former Rangers.

Based upon the commercials for it, I have NO interest in watching it. Based upon them I hope it dies so quickly that it doesn’t get to ‘episode 2.’

I definitely will not be watching.

Anybody who ridicules our military is garbage in my book.

My flight from IAH to PDX had this pilot on the TV and nothing else. It played 5-6 times in 4.5 hours with nothing else but ads. Towards the end of the flight, I was dreading the end of the ads. Taking off the headphones didn’t help, because I had the stupid episode memorized by that point. Worst flite ever.

Just got finished reading The Last Centurion by John Ringo. It is surprisingly appropriate for this thread, as the troops involved become a part of a 'reality' TV show that is all too real. It's an awesome "military science fiction" story (not much actual SF involved other than it taking place a few years in the future). He tears the global warming alarmists and the press right out of the water amongst other things. I really like his stuff,

Is this a rewrite of Gomer Pyle, USMC? Mocking the military, what fun. What ever happened to shows like “Victory at Sea”, “Navy Log”, “Combat”? Can we expect “Enlisted” to devolve into another anti-war screed like “MASH, 4077”?
Interesting to have “Enlisted” premier so close to the “Lone Survivor” release.
Yes, I understand there is plenty of humor associated with the military. “No time For Sergeants”, Bill Mauldin’s “Willie and Joe” ccme to mind. It would be helpful if the writers had some military background.
