don't forget about that "chemical mail bomb" in TN yesterday too. Nothing on national media

What about the explosion in the factory in Toulouse, France that killed a lot of people?
To: TheOtherOne
IMHO, one of at least two things is going on here:
1) George Bush is preparing an unprecedented display of American firepower in the Middle East and needs a couple more weeks to optimize troop deployments and prepare for the next new moon. In the meantime, these attacks are being swept under the rug to keep Americans (and others around the world) from getting unduly impatient with him and our government; or
2) We're hiding our heads in the sand in classic Clintonian fashion and hoping all this just goes away.
I tend toward the former and pray to God that the latter isn't the case.

What about the explosion in the factory in Toulouse, France that killed a lot of people? Just an isolated incident. Why is everyone so jumpy?

IMHO, one of at least two things is going on here: You left out the theird which is they might not be related to the terrorists.
It is hard now to not think something is related. And the series of events, especially the explosion in France which does seem to be terrorist related and today the plane from Israel to Russia.

OPERATION: "Just an isolated incident"

"We're hiding our heads " Nope.....IT's been a FULL MOON.....I figure around 10/17 we'll be seeing some fireworks....(new moon, i.e. no moon.)
To: goodnesswins
Actually, action might even take place on 10/11 - one month to the day as the moon will be so small as not to be a factor.....
To: Pearls Before Swine
No, that was confirmed today by the French to be an act of terror.

What about the 22 killed at a wedding by terrorists over the weekend?
And weren't there another 20 killed somewhere else last weekend also?
To: _Jim
draw your own conclusion. I am keeping my eyes open.
The Anthrax is VERY rare, and the Israeli plane....hmmm?
They maybe isolated acts, of terrorism!

Correction:
Israeli plane = Russian plane full of Israelis

If the goal of our enemies is to terrorize us through random acts of brutal violence, what better way to frustrate their efforts than to deny them credit? How does that square with our right to know? If in the current context we know these "coincidental happenings" are acts of terror disguised, but through this covering action (if it is real) the administration is stealing the enemy's thunder, who is harmed? Discussion.
I repost my comments from another thread because they seem relevant here.
To: Dominus Vobiscum
Oh Ye of Little Faith! It will be the former, but it may be coming sooner then you think.

The Anthrax is VERY rare,A HUMAN contracting Anthrax *may* be rare - but in stating that Anthrax itself being rare, I think on this you are in error ...
Given the reports of this man's purported 'habit' of drinking un-boiled water from a stream - his odds of catching *something* jumped up astronomically ...
