New poll finds Condit a sure loser
Any of potential foes would win, it says

FRESNO -- Rep. Gary Condit would lose in a race against any of the three state lawmakers he could face if he seeks re-election, according to a poll paid for by one of his potential opponents.
Condit would lose against his protege, a Republican senator and a Democratic state senator who doesn't live in the district, according to the poll conducted last week by J. Moore Methods of Sacramento.
The results echo a Field Poll released last week showing a majority of potential voters view Condit unfavorably and would not re-elect him.
The poll of likely voters in the newly redrawn 18th Congressional District was paid for by Assemblyman Dennis Cardoza, D-Atwater, who's considering a run for the seat held by his former boss.
It's the first time a poll has shown how the Ceres Democrat would fare against would-be challengers. The poll has been circulating in the district as Cardoza tries to line up support for a possible run for the seat.
In a primary matchup with Cardoza, his former aide, the poll shows the understudy would get 56 percent of the vote to Condit's 27 percent.
Condit would even lose to Sen. Jim Costa, D-Fresno. Only 36 percent of voters had heard of Costa, but in a primary matchup he would get 43 percent to Condit's 36 percent.
In a general election match, Sen. Dick Monteith, R-Modesto, who has declared he is running, would get 55 percent of the vote to Condit's 32 percent.
The telephone poll of 500 likely voters was conducted Sept. 25-26. It has a margin of error of 4.5 percentage points.
Condit's chief of staff, Mike Lynch, wouldn't comment on the poll. He said Condit has not made a decision whether to run.

Could selling his condo be a ploy to stop any further investigation of it by the "keystone cops"?
Anyway, since the condo is no longer available, Condit is selling his soul. The bids on Ebay are all the way up to 10 cents.
They were the ones that picked up the petitions for their dad; I would then assume they are on his payroll now.
Since Condidit's condo is on the market, one would have to assume that he's ready to move out fairly quickly once it sells. No buyer is going to want to wait until the end of this idiots term to move in. So that brings up the question of where he's going to live while serving out the remainder of his term - since it's become pretty apparent that he's not going to resign early.
If he's going to serve out his term, then he must necessarily live SOMEPLACE in DC or environs - and it's going to cost him money, possibly as much as his mortgage payments on the condo. Now that doesn't make any economic sense at all. Why sell your place and then move to another one that costs you just as much? The answer is, you DON'T unless there is ANOTHER reason you're selling.
So, Mr. Gary, why you be a-sellin' dat condo? Is there something there that the cops MISSED and you don't want to be around when they come back for another look? Will the very occupancy of the place by some new buyer "cover up" what you leave behind?
As with all things Condidit, this just doesn't add up.

As far as the Condit tribe is concerned, everything that happened to them is someone else's fault. Although the truth is available to them, the family members are too blind or afraid of their tribe leader to see and act on it.
Gary Condit should be under investigation right now, for possible past acts of treason.
