The New York Times reports this morning that in the last 24 hours the government has received "additional credible threats" of imminent terror attacks against Americans inside the United States or overseas. The Times says these attacks could come as as early as Sunday, quoting senior government officials said.
The Times said the warning is "general" and "is based on new information received from American and overseas law enforcement and intelligence agencies."
The latest warning, the Times said, "amplified Thursday's warning but did not represent a separate threat."

They didn't give us warning the first time and I don't think they'll give us a warning the second. I think they're simply trying to wear us down, so that we grow complacent, and then BAM! hit us hard. Hopefully they'll find we weren't so easy to wear down.
STAY STRONG, ALL!!

Diversion and codes are what intelligence are picking up on. The New York Times is now a part of the FBI. Look out!

i'm pretty sure that we're not talking phoned-in threats, but instead intelligence -- you know, the stuff we should have been doing
before 9/11 but that clinton pretty much shut down because china stopped paying him for it.

I just hope babes are getting this word and will consider if they should not treat me a little more generously considering our limited time remaining ;>}>>>>>>>
Really. I mean it's the least they could do at this time of crisis. Do me for your country!

I was reading a few months back that the Bin Laden's group would put out info about attacks that they never planned to conduct, just to find out who might be a leaker in their organization.
If you tell Tom, Dick, and Harry that operation X will be on Thursday, tell Moe, Larry, and Dick that operation Y will be on friday, tell Moe, Larry, and Curly that operation Z on Friday, and you see increased security on the sites of X and Y, but not Z, then Dick has a problem

I am so glad that my husband's trip on Sunday to California was cancelled.
As the pilots and attendants' unions have stated, all safety laws (including guns) are mere window dressing unless checked baggage goes through a security check.
These followers of Satan already have our attention. They know that two or three planes exploding in the sky will destroy what's left of the airline industry, not to mention the economy. Of course, it'll kill a few hundred people for good measure. :(

Speaking of which, wasn't there a cockpit recording of some flight in the last year or so where the plane is going down and the co-pilot is heard saying "Allah is great" and then the plane disappears? I've heard no mention of this.
Yes, this is an excellent point! How do we screen for suicidal foreign pilots? The answer is in technology, the same source for the convenience of jet travel in the first place. No plane should have the technological freedom to do anything but fly to and from runways. Technology can easily ensure this, it just wasn't thought to be necessary earlier.
