The title says it all. Does anyone have links to this type of Information? I know Israel has such information available but is it in English?

I suspect that as we see Anthrax so crudely weaponeered, as scarry as it is, this may yet be the best a terrorist criminal or cell has.
Every 24 hours that passes without a nuclear or more sophisticated bio-attack on the US would seem to lower the probability that these types of systems are available to the potential attackers.
All the more reason however, to press the war on international state-sponsored terrorism, both at home and abroad, as it is money and organization which would allow the development and deployment of such systems for eventual use against us.
