Bill Clinton, is has been reported has a 10 million dollar book deal soon to hit the stores very soon.

It is the purpose of this thread to boycott His version of events. Please let your local bookstore, in no uncertain terms, know that if they stock, display, sell,or advertise this travisty of justice you and your 10 FR's will no longer purchase their products. This book should not sell 1 copy and Bill Clinton will have to return the cash he received upfront.

This book will die quickly like the rest of the liberal efforts. BTW, did the article say if the book came with crayons?

Unfortunately you are talking to the wrong group, I didn't intend to buy his or her books. I do intend to buy Barabara Olson's book

Ridiculous! I, for one, would like to finally hear his version of events - he's got some explaining to do. (No doubt it'll be all circumlocution, but that's another story.) Boycott a store for selling Clinton's book? I predict that you're gonna have a hard time finding a bookstore that won't carry the book. Bookstores are usually hung up on sales, and, oh, free speech and American nonsense like that...

I won't buy this book, but it would be interesting to find out what the man now remembers, after repeatedly testifying that he had little to no recollection of events that had happened only a few weeks earlier. The book will prove that he committed perjury.

Where did you get the info that xxx42's book was to hit the stores soon? I thought it was not to be released until 2003.

"The book will prove that he committed perjury."

Bears repeating.

If his big auto-bio does as well as last book did, the one he co-authored with Algore,
it'll be really lucky to sell before it hits the bargin bin.

"...was there even a question as to whether a FReeper would buy this fictitious novel?"

Only if it comes with a notarized and court admissible confession of crimes against the nation.

What are these two gonna write about? They spent the last decade stating "I have no specific recollection..." over and over and over. How can you write your memoirs if you vave no specific memory?

I doubt that I'll buy a copy, but I'd be tempted to call up the bookstores and act like I'd be interested in buying lots of copies when it's available.

I doubt x42's found the time to write his memoirs, considering all his globe-trotting (in private jets), visiting the WTC site, feeling up female family members of the deceased, lip-biting (his own, this time) and hogging the camera. Busy guy.
