I thank this writer for his honesty but he's not telling us anything we didn't already know. Nothing new here. Many of us have been saying it all along. Eventually, as more and more people die of anthrax and the Muslim connection to that horror is inevitably established, people will begin to accept the inevitable conclusion about Muslim visitors in the USA on temporary visas: It's time for them to leave.

This public change in perception toward islam is gathering momentum like a freight train. The statements by politicos cannot long negate what people see with their own eyes. But by damming up every legitimate critique of islam, public officials are building up a head of steam that will sooner or later explode. One outrage too many will burst this barrier of lies, and it will release an unstoppable force on those sheltering behind it.

Unless we deal with the legitimate culpability of islam, we risk unleasing a mindless thirst for revenge that will engulf loyal muslim Americans and innocent bystanders like Sikhs, Indians and even Italians: in other words, anyone who looks like an Arab.

We need statesmen who will give it to us straight. Americans are not stupid. They know that not every Muslim is evil and know that we must discriminate. Children are the obvious example. No one wants a race or religious war. But to maintain the stupid fiction that islam is a peaceful religion, is to delay finding a means to deal with it and an insult to the intelligence of anyone living in these dangerous times. Give us the truth and we can deal with it.

One problem is if Bush comes out and says Islam is our enemy then overnight there will be blood in the streets, the slaughter of thousands. The vast majority not being guilty of any crime. Those individuals should first be given a choice. Those that choose to be militant against us by deed should be imprisoned. There would be mass murder of those that even "look" Muslim. That would be totally wrong, immoral and un-American. We cannot let that happen. We have to ease ourselves into this thing, this evil so that it can be justly separated and put down.

I don't think we have been commanded to silence. Many people are talking about it openly. Just as in the article posted here. Everyone I know is talking openly about it.

Don't you get it? When they kill or subjigate or convert by force all the Christians, Jews and Americans in the entire world there will be "peace."

No, we got the real message loud and clear on September 11th and through the Anthrax laden letters which say "Death to Ameircans, Death to Christians, Death to Jews".

I hear a lot about being "tolerant" towards Muslims, but not about the Muslims being tolerant of Christians and Jews. I have just one question:

Where are the thousands upon thousands and millions of Muslims and their clerics voicing their outrage over what their religion has foisted upon New York and the United States and the mass murders taking place against Christians in Indonesia, Nigeria and throughout the world?

Answer: They don't exist because Islam is NOT a "tolerant" religion, nor is it a religion of "peace" (just ask the Christians being killed and persecuted by Islam throughout the rest of the world.

If you are not a Muslim, Islam teaches you are an INFIDEL!

Islam teaches Infidels have but one of three choices:

1. Convert to Islam by FORCE

2. Become a slave, subjugated to Islamic masters

3. Be killed for your faith
