DC Chapter members gathered at 17th and Pennsylvania on the corner next to the Old Executive Office Building today to boost the morale of our troops, President Bush, the families of the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks, the families of those suffering under the current anthrax terrorism, and freedom loving people everywhere. A report will follow later tonight. Enjoy the photos.

It would be helpful if a Freeper could search the AP wires and see if they run any photos.

Thanks for putting the photos up so soon. The "warpaint" certainly stood out and looked good with all the flags flying around us. I'm glad the AP photographer came back after spending hours trailing after the anti-war, anti-American protesters at the WashPost and beyond. I just hope she doesn't mention how bad we all sounded as we sang during the photo-op!

I just hope she doesn't mention how bad we all sounded as we sang during the photo-op! Yes, we were pitiful. Should have made a bit more noise during the freep in general, I guess. Maybe it was too cold and windy. Those flags certainly stood out straight!
