I guess American history isn't as black and white as the Marxist deconstructionist want us to believe.
Then again, I'm sure they'd find a way of calling the maker and owner of this coat "bamboozaled" or brainwashed by the white mans racism and full of self-hate.

Both of you might enjoy the paper where I found this. It bills itself as the Nations Leading American Indian News Source. It's been in business since 1981. Some decent editorials on the 9/11 issue, and so are some of the others that address other issues.
You might want to take a look at this article: Tribes and organizations join other Americans with assistance Indian country responds http://www.indiancountry.com/?2268 Its on the amounts raised by various tribes. The one that was conspicuous by its absence and its wealth is the Mashantucket Pequot's who own Foxwood Casino the most successful American Indian casino and it's located very close to New York City.
It definitely covers news that the mainstream media misses.

Thanks for the ping. Indians always answer the call to arms in numbers far out of proportion to the percentage of the population they represent. Some of the bashers on FR should recognize that fact.

Two examples come to mind:
1) Cpl. Ira Hayes, USMC, of Iwo Jima flag-raising fame & the Johnny Cash song.
2) Navajo Code-talkers.
