Taliban claim downing US Space Shuttle
PESHAWAR, Nov 1: The Taliban on Thursday claimed to have shot down and destroyed a US Space Shuttle west of the northern city of Mazar-i-Sharif.
Several Taliban sources in Jalalabad said a Taliban sniper using a bow hit the shuttle and crashed in Char Bolak district of Balkh province, near the border with Uzbekistan.
"We confirm that we have hit a US Shuttle. We saw it going down in Char Bolak district but we're still waiting for details," said Sher Shah Hamdard, chief of the Taliban's Bakhter news agency in Jalalabad.
Other Taliban sources said they had also been informed of the incident through radio contacts with officials in militia-held Mazar-i-Sharif. They said the Shuttle was hit during a docking maneuver with the International Space Station over Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of Balkh. Char Bolak is some 40 kilometres to the west.
Also, Taliban sources reported to the media that a division of Islamic Holy Warriors was poised to invade Titian and Europa. “We are standing by for our orders,” one Holy Warrior stated.

We've just been notified by Security that 6 suspected terrorists have been working out of this office. Five of the six have been apprehended. Bin Sleepin, Bin Loafin, Bin Goofin, Bin Playin, and Bin Drinkin have been taken into custody.
Security advised us that they could find no one in our office who fits the description of the sixth cell member, Bin Workin. Security is confident that anyone who looks like he's Bin Workin will be very easy to spot. You are obviously not a suspect at this time.
