Perhaps no survey has ever been heralded so enthusiastically and then buried so thoroughly.

The $223,000 smoking survey financed by the Minnesota Partnership for Action Against Tobacco (MPAAT) was supposed to set the standard against which MPAAT's future actions would be measured. But the study was cast aside upon completion.

This looks pretty typical for the anti-smoker organizations.
Cherry pick your results to support your conclusions.
Never mind if the total results don't agree with your actions.

At a January 1999 meeting, MPAAT board member Ted Sluss stressed the importance of the minority survey, saying it was important for MPAAT "to avoid the appearance of releasing data of the 'white' population now, and the 'populations of color' later"

I've been saying all along that these fascists want an apartheid for smokers. Herr Sluss shows MPAAT's inherent racism by even attempting to segregate survey results on the basis of black, white, green, etc.

What the hell difference does it make what color a smoker's skin is in the first place? Why are they even making this distinction? What are they trying to prove?

Most pointedly, why can't they see the blatant contradiction in their supposed heightened sensitivity to race, when they promote rabid hatred and bigotry towards an even larger minority group - smokers?

I wouldn't pay these a**holes to collect my spit! They have no place in a modern Western country.
