Hi, I'm hoping that this isn't too much of a vanity post but we are hoping that the greatest minds on the internet can help us with a portion of our little project.
My husband, Victim of Circumstance and I bought a new aircraft. We have been attempting to come up with the perfect aircraft registration number. We are kind of limited to what we can do. So, I'm here asking for FReeper suggestions for the new registration. Here are the parameters:
1. It can be up to five characters.
2. It can be up to 5 numbers. Such as: 11111
3. It can have up to 2 letters at the end. Such as: 111AA
3. It CANNOT have the characters of: O, or I.
We want to do something patriotic or 9/11 related. We have been beating our brains out about this for a while now, and it's coming down to the wire. Most of the numbers we have tried are already taken, including 91101. We need to get it registered. Please list any suggestions here, and I will see if they are available. I will announce which one we get somewhere on this thread later.
The new aircraft should be in our possession sometime in the spring. I hope to have photos to post of it being built sometime soon. Here is what it is going to look like-

Take a look at the website, and let me know what you think. We hope to be in an area near you sometime soon, please let me know if you would like to come out and pitch in. We will be traveling around the country, flying the flag(literally), handing out copies of the Constitution, and teaching about the greatness of the land that we live in.
I wasn't planning on announcing this little project just yet, but I figure my friends here at FreeRepublic should know about it first. Please let me know of any questions you may have about our little endeavor and I will try to answer.
BTW- if you haven't gone to contribute to FR yet, please do so Here.
Thanks in advance,
abner

233PR
2 = R and 3 = E in hacker-speak, so that would mean REEPR, or "the last five letters of FREEPR"

Congratulation on a great idea. Just took a look at your link and I can't wait to see the pictures.
I am not very creative with letter and numbers but I can give this thread a big BUMP

The bigger picture. The other project we have been working on. My son still doesn't know what we did to his car though.

What kind of airplane? Not an airplane, it's a hot air balloon.
It's still an aircraft though, and regulated by the FAA.
