24 Hours Of Terror In Israel

Israel has suffered a catastrophic 24 hours of terrorism - the worst since the
Oslo Peace War began - with the murder of 26 people in a series of

Palestinian terror attacks throughout the country. Ten teenagers lost their lives
late last night in downtown Jerusalem at the hands of two suicide bombers; a
professor was murdered by two Arabs as he drove in northern Gaza early this
morning; and fifteen bus passengers were murdered when a suicide bomber
blew himself up in Haifa this afternoon.

How many of those people in the last photo do you think are survivors of the Holocaust or the Gulag? I feel like it is 1938 again.

And the palies think they should have a country of their own and Western aid. The palies need to reap the whirlwind.

Maybe someone should tell the Palestinians that America is still kind of p-o'ed about that September 11 thing, and that we're not real sympathetic about terrorists murdering innocent people and then slam-dancing in the streets about it afterwards.

May the one true God of Israel's purposes be accomplished in this tragedy and in the lives of those directly affected.

My only hope is that Israel will not abandon itself. The Jews have to realize that this is the time to fight back with or without American approval...

Watching the coverage on CNN last evening, I saw that charred, burned corpse laying on the road more than once. And my heart broke each time. (Assuming he was a victim). I am glad CNN & MSNBC kept showing that footage, although I am sure the word has come down : "It's time to move on." Fox, apparently, has decided no one needs to work on the weekend. They dropped the ball on that one.

I know what you mean. I marveled at foxes lack of coverage, and was forced to watch CNN to see the lastest.

The PLO needs to pay a very heavy price for what they have done. I am now in the camp that says "go after the family of the terrorists". If that will stop it, do it.

Israel is truly lost now. Ever after the 1948 War For Independence, the "social contract" there has been that the Israeli government would keep Israelis quite safe anywhere inside the Green Line pre-67 borders - and it did. Even in East Jerusalem, after 1967, Israel kept Israelis safe there.

Now - for the first time in well over a generation - the Arabs have been able to kill large numbers of Israelis inside the Green Line repeatedly at will.

Not surprisingly, emigration is way up. The vital tourism industry has collapsed. American Jewish groups no longer want to mount group tours there.
