If blame is to be apportioned for what happened or didn't happen around that time -- the lagging, distracted effort to eliminate bin Laden, for instance -- then the uber partisans of Washington have to take some responsibility. It was they, with the connivance of the Supreme Court, who manufactured a sexual harassment lawsuit out of Paula Jones's uncorroborated charge of boorish behavior and converted it into an assault on the presidency itself.

Back during impeachment the liberals were saying Clinton's doing his job wonderfully, he just has this little personal problem that nothing to do with how he functions has president, blah blah blah. Now they are saying he was dysfunctional as president, but it's the right wing conspiracy's fault for that too.

Let's see....Clinton was getting a B.J. while he was talking to congressmen about the war in Yugoslovia, he wasn't afraid to bomb an asprin factory while committing perjury, BUT, he couldn't get bin Laden because of right wingers. When I was in school, our football coach had signs put up throughout the athletic complex that said, "SHUT UP, do your talking on the field." and "NO EXCUSES"....ONLY Clinton and his butt kissing worshipers could say with a straight face, that the VRWC kept POOR Bill from PROTECTING us....and it looks like Cohen has been contacted by the group of Clintonistas who are working to "improve" Bill's image...a usefull lapdog...A question for Cohen....did the VRWC force Bill to release those Puerto Rican terrorist?

Well, I read the link, and I find his charges hard to believe. Following the government shutdown of '95, I doubt that the Republicans could successfully attack a double portion of lasagna, much less El Clintonisto. And of course, the Lewinsky mess and the so-called accusation were just one facet of that corrupt presidency. This is low.

The rehabilitate Clinton campaign that was organized recently has begun. It is obvious this reporter got his talking points faxed to him, and obeyed.
