Hi - I'm Steve Schmidt, pastor of Ascension Lutheran Church in Jacksonville, NC (home of Camp Lejeune and New River MCAS).
I'm the proud husband of Margo and the proud father of two little girls ages 11 and 8.
Although I grew up in the Midwest we've called coastal Carolina home now for thirteen years. It's a great place to raise a family.
