I’m a college student currently pursuing a degree in History and Economics. I’ve always been interested in politics but this last political season seemed to be of even more importance. I think that America has lost its focus and made it a bad thing to be “conservative” and hold “traditional” values. In this era of hypocrasy, I feel that we need to be more vigilant than ever in our beliefs. The way to do that? Staying informed, knowing all the sides to a situation and making decisions based not only on facts, but our basic underlying principles.
