Dear Freepers,

I’m one of several million electors in my state who voted for Senator McCain and Governor Palin.

Based on what I’ve read, I’m absolutely convinced that Barack Hussein Obama in not constitutionally eligible for the office of POTUS. In my view, the office of POTUS has been vacant since January 20, 2009.

I embrace the epithet “birther” in so far as it means someone who doubts Obama’s eligibility, but I consider the BC issue a distraction. Obama is, in my view, a legal U.S. citizen; but obviously not a natural born citizen, as Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution requires.

I may want to use Free Republic to vent every now and then by restating the above point of view. I hope to do it without being a nuisance to fellow Freepers. I recognize that there are other issues to be discussed.
