I lurked at FR for several months until I decided it was time to sign up. What a great site! Politically, I consider myself a (small "L") libertarian/conservative. I believe the Federal Gov't should stay of my life and do what it's supposed to do (provide for the common defense, promote the "general" welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty) I am a true believer in states' rights. And I believe the state has the responsibility to govern the lives of people (I did not say DIRECT, I said GOVERN). My political philosophy continues to evolve.

My religious views, however, do not. I am a Bible-believing Spirit-filled Christian who sees that God is bigger than the little boxes we try to put Him into. He has revealed to us what we need to know, but that isn't EVERYTHING about Him...
