I had the privilege of working on and delivering the ALICE instrument to New Horizons. Here is a picture I took of the ALICE installation:
As you can see, the spacecraft was very incomplete at that stage. The completed spacecraft is almost ready to go into the launch fairing below:
The spacecraft launched on January 19, 2006, and will reach Pluto in July of 2015. Go New Horizons, Go!

I have also worked on LRO/LAMP (launched on June 18, 2009) and Juno-UVS (due to launch August 5, 2011). One of these days I'll have pictures of those, too.
