My Politics ? I am a conservative with some small 'l' libertarian leanings and a heavy emphasis on the Constitution. I believe the Constitution, along with the Holy Bible, was Divinely inspired.
To get America back on the right track, I think a good start would be to cut current government size by about 75 % and reduce taxes to a single flat tax of about 12 %. Get rid of any government agency that is not specifically called for in the Constitution and scrap most of the entitlement programs for everyone except those who truely need help as measured by a "means test". I get somewhat less patient with the Left and its minions who attempt to mask themselves as being on the right side of the politcal spectrum. Their goal is, after all, to enslave their fellow man. Again, this is my own opinion and YMMV.
My advice to others on FreeRepublic.com is to not take yourself or others here too seriously. After all, this is supposed to be fun.
