These guys always look like a carnival attraction. I remember a guy who was an engineer in the late 90s who left his family to get a sex change. He looked like Big Bird with huge breast implants and size 14 men's red high heel shoes. The doctor who did the surgery should be in prison. It was obvious the guy was having a mental breakdown. He was in and out of the women's prison for years. He might still be there.
