To a particular element, science has replaced as an authority their favorite shamanistic brotherhood and they can never forgive it for that, or its continued denial of what they would prefer to believe about the age of the Earth and such.
That’s a good point. However, the article does address that US scientists are the most likely to be repeat offenders.
Wow, did you break you leg on that one?
Before you illustrate your mental acumen perhaps you should do a quick Google of the poster.
Where is the data to back up your assertions?
Not that I expect a competent numerical analysis form you......
Kinda lazy, aren’t you? A simple look at my profile shows I don’t ‘pimp’ (a word that should not be used on forums).
That said, you probably could get a grant to study it anyway.
I studied beer for years.
You could get a grant for that?
A lot of FReepers a jumpy here lately. FR has been inundated with trolls and especially new sign ups that appear to have other motives than just joining the forum (ie blog pimping)
Just ignore them.
Give me that million and I’ll prove beer is merely rented, never actually owned.
I don't care IF d00d is running a talk show. He's still a n00b. Those come, those go -- talk shows AND n00bs. We at FR have been here, day in, day out, pushing conservatism (and in my case, writing the occasionally funnah) for 10, 11 years.
I will prove you wrong, because the excrement is still yours.
Q.E.D.

ha HA!
If over 1/3rd of them were Americans, the headline is the opposite of the truth.
The straight up numerical comparison they did, not normalized for who is actually making submissions, showed that Americans were responsible for 1/3rd of rejected submissions. Unless we know what percent of submissions were from Americans, we cannot actually say what the headline claims.
That is the absolute 100% truth, no matter how taken you are with the credentials of the blogger.
Anyone who knows anything at all about Math should have caught the error (he didn't make it, but he repeated it for whatever reason).
Try to write better next time.
Hey Casey, would you happen to have a link to it??
Don't you think that makes for a worthy FReeper?
Just as soon as you get your head out of your ass.
Very impressive.
BTW, how'd that work out for the election?
Same mathematical principle.
The more you submit the more likely you are to “offend” and thus more likely to repeat “offend”.
Kind of like how men are “worse” drivers than women when you count the number of accidents per person. But once you factor in the fact that men drive many more miles on average than women, suddenly women are “worse” drivers.
By this criteria, because Mongolian scientists had NO rejections AT ALL, why they must be the best most ethical scientists in the world. And the natives of the jungles in Peru are the best drivers in the world, among there entire population NOT ONE OF THEM has ever had a single auto accident!
Just sayin'.
Anyways, your Jedi Mind Trick has worked, Ron. These aren't the Droids I'm looking for. ;)
Well, to be 100% fair, Case cannot be held responsible for Massive Voter Fraud.
Just about as good as your success with Fiorina and Whitman.
Anything else?
You da man!
