I still mean to see Nepal, and Victoria Falls, but Glacier is both majestic and calming in a way that few places on the planet are.

We stay in the town of Telluride, not Mountain Village. I don’t see those types of people in the town. A few, yes, but not many. I haven’t been to Ouray but it is said to be beautiful like Switzerland.

Newport is great in September. The Inn at Castle Hill is always great. Seafood, salt air, heaven.

Also St. Johns, USVI. Wonderful. That is the only US Virgin Island to go to and BVI (British) might be even better.

Oh, they're there. They like to come down from their mountain mansions ever so often to witness the quaint native culture.

BVI (British) might be even better.

I totally agree! We haven't been there for a number of years, but it had a wonderful laid-back pace, once you got into island-time.
