Resignation? OK. Citing the “riot” as a reason, is ill-informed at best.
He is behind. Not our circus, not our monkeys.
What a bunch of losers Prez Trump was advised to hire.
Is this another ignoramus or a squirrel?
Feds have already released Antifa member John Sullivan from custody without bail.
Alex Azar looking to get his own chapter in the next PROFILE IN COURAGE.
Sorry Alex, bending the knee at this stage of the game will get you nothing but scorn from both sides.
It took him 10 days to come to that conclusion?
What’s the point of “resigning” with your last day being the exact same last day you would have been out of a job due to the incoming new regime?
He cut a deal and told the Feds who the organizers and financiers were.
I’m guessing he still wants to work and he’s hoping this will save his bacon.
Sad that people who worked in the administration have this hatefulness hanging over them.
“What a bunch of losers Prez Trump was advised to hire.”
Not only that, seems like having a flair for drama was also a qualification.
NBC’s report of his reason is FAKE News. His stated reason is the Change in Administrations. Typically, all serving Cabinet members submit their resignations to the New president. Azar decided to submit it now rather than wait for Biden to take over. NBC just chose to add their own rational.

(CNN)Justice Department prosecutors have formally walked back their assertion in a court filing that said Capitol rioters sought to "capture and assassinate elected officials."
A federal prosecutor in Arizona asked a magistrate judge in a hearing on Friday to strike the line in a recent court filing about defendant Jacob Anthony Chansley, a man who is alleged to have led some in the crowd in the first wave into the Capitol with a bullhorn while carrying a spear and wearing a fur headdress.
The entire line the prosecutors want to omit from their court filing is: "Strong evidence, including Chansley's own words and actions at the Capitol, supports that the intent of the Capitol rioters was to capture and assassinate elected officials in the United States Government."
The stunning move comes a few hours after Michael Sherwin, the acting US attorney in Washington, DC, said at a press conference there was "no direct evidence of kill and capture teams" at this time in the siege of the Capitol building.

Yep, another spineless pos
Huh? Pantyfa? Butt, butt, butt didn’t the trustworthy fbi clear them already? 😯😤
His “point” is apparently to self-immunize against charges that he was complicit in Trump’s “attempted coup.” Now he can say he disapproved, expressed said disapproval via a well-timed resignation and is thus rehabilitated as a fine, upstanding member of the establishment suitable for lucrative appointments to corporate boards, consulting firms, lobbying entities and filthy rich non-profits.
He was gonna be out on the 20th anyway, presumably. I’m sure Biden will continue with a full deck of pharma/Gates stooges—just as Trump had.
I wish he would have resigned a year ago. He is one of the the reason that repurposed drugs ( Ivermectin , HCQ) are not used in the pandemic, reserving the field for the billions of dollar vaccines while many tens of thousands of lives could have been saved.
Bye bye AZAR!
