Globalism / Great Reset –

World Economic Forum (WEF) is encouraging cities to “contain growth of private car use” and aims to drastically reduce the number of cars by 2050, according to a recently published white paper. The briefing paper titled “The Urban Mobility Scorecard Tool: Benchmarking the Transition to Sustainable Urban Mobility” was published by the WEF in collaboration with Visa in May 2023.

The document advocates for increased “shared, electric, connected and automated (SEAM) transport modes and a shift to more compact cities” in order to reduce the number of cars by 2050 to 500 million worldwide and drastically reduce carbon emissions.

“No one city, or one company, can achieve this vision alone,” the paper reads. “Through strong public-private collaboration, we can find innovative, impactful, and context-sensitive solutions for mobility to enable a sustainable future for cities.”

OBSERVATION - This goes to the heart of the “15 minute” city concept. This also goes beyond shift to electric cars, but limiting ALL cars in general.

Economy –

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen warned banks could experience some pain overcoming “issues” to the commercial real estate market.

OBSERVATION - In the past I’ve noted that the commercial real-estate market is on thin ice. With continued interest rate rises and commercial slowdowns (recession related especially) banks will get hammered. In San Francisco, Hilton walked away from loans on two hotels. The worst-case scenario is a 2008esque commercial real estate collapse.

CW2 / Domestic violence -

After Tuesday’s beatdown by Armenian parents, Antifa is calling for a rematch and for reinforcements. The parents were protesting at a public meeting for the Glendale, California school system to voice their opposition to LGBTQ+ curriculum in the classroom. Antifa actually outnumbered the parents, but buckled under the determination and anger of these parents.

OBSERVATION - haven’t seen this much scurrying since the “Based Stick Man” and forces laid into Antifa at the Cal Berkeley campus in 2019, an assault that caused Berkeley and the University to tell Antifa to essentially stand down. A key take away is that if you are going into a situation with Antifa expected to show up, be ready to rumble.

Terrorism -

Members of Extinction Rebellion, a radical European climate group known for causing civil unrest and engaging in illegal and disruptive activities, reportedly plan to enter the United States to cause chaos and push their radical climate agenda.

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) sent a letter to Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Christopher Wray and U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas regarding the steps they are taking to prevent members of this group from entering the United States for the purposes of fomenting civil unrest in pursuit of their extreme political agenda.
“Among other things, the group will allegedly block highways and disrupt federal properties, but violence and terrorist acts cannot be discounted given the group’s past threats. In 2021, the spokesperson of an Extinction Rebellion affiliate previewed potential widespread violence, stating, ‘[n]ot only will pipelines be blown up, but we can be certain that world leaders will be put on trial for treason or worse — be killed.”

https://www.rubio.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/press-releases?ID=6EDAF318-1392-4F0B-9ED1-495008606984

OBSERVATION- Can also be considered under Globalism / Great Reset as well since ER is closely aligned with the stated goals of the WEF. Their tactics have been to block traffic as well as vandalize art and similar features, then glue themselves to the floor in some cases. I don’t think they’ll get the kid glove treatment here. However, this does give Antifa an outside opportunity to join in some of these protests as muscle to protect the EVs from public push back.

POLITICAL FRONT –

More threats of a Trump indictment from the Florida raid

More congressional threats against Wray and the FBI to force full compliance with the congressional order for the biden documents.

Illegal Immigration –

After migrants were snuck into his small, upstate New York town in the dead of night by Democrat New York Mayor Eric Adams, the Town of Colonie filed a lawsuit against the city and the state capital of Albany, Supervisor Peter Crummey (republican) revealed Monday.
Instead of busing the migrants to Albany – a self-professed “sanctuary” city – Mayor Adams had them sent to Colonie, providing “zero cooperation or coordination with the town,” Crummey said in an interview with Fox & Friends First:

“He never notified me or any member of Colonie government as he moved – spirited through the night – bringing a bus of migrants here in the town of Colonie, at midnight, under the cloak of darkness, on Memorial Day weekend.”
“If the plan is so meritorious, why sneak into the town of Colonie?” Crummey asked.

Crummey further said “My position in this matter is really the jurisdiction of the mayor of the city of New York. And does he have jurisdiction to unilaterally insert a New York City program into municipalities outside of his jurisdiction? And, in addition to doing so, also violate our local laws and the process.”

OBSERVATION - This is not going well for NYC and Adams. This county is nominally a Red county that has shifted back to republican after some time under democrat leadership.

China –

(WSJ) China and Cuba have reached a secret agreement for China to establish an electronic eavesdropping facility on the island, in a brash new geopolitical challenge by Beijing to the U.S., according to U.S. officials familiar with highly classified intelligence.

An eavesdropping facility in Cuba, roughly 100 miles from Florida, would allow Chinese intelligence services to scoop up electronic communications throughout the southeastern U.S., where many military bases are located, and monitor U.S. ship traffic.

OBSERVATION - China is doing to us what we did to the old Soviet Union back in the Before Years. Further evidence of the total failure of the biden regime - or perhaps success as I no longer view these actions as nothing other than deliberate.

**
37 PLA aircraft, including J-11, J-16, H-6, YU-20, and AWACS, have successively entered Taiwan’s SW airspace. Several aircraft entered the western Pacific through Taiwan’s SE airspace for long-range aerial reconnaissance training. That is significantly above average PLA presence near Taiwan after days of low level.

OBSERVATION - The increase in aircraft entering the ADZ goes back to the time of the Pelosi visit last year.

**
China’s post wuhan economic recovery still hasn’t really happened. Exports continue on a downward trend as the rest of the world’s economy digs in for the expected recession.

Russia -

WAR WATCH - into the second year of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine - Feb 24th, 2022

CURRENT ASSESSMENT - Updated June 6, 2023

Russia is on a defensive footing in Ukraine with some attempts at preemptive assaults in the east. In the face of increased Ukrainian probing attacks, Russia has yielded some large amounts of terrain.

Russia’s strategic ballistic and cruise missiles and Iranian made Shahed drones show evidence of massively reduced inventories of such missiles. Recent multi-way attacks on Kyiv resulted in most of the missiles/drones (well over 90%) being shot down and very few reaching a target.

RUMINT-
WARNING - Russian sources making all kinds of statements about the Ukraine offensive. Don’t take them at their word at this stage- most claims have so far been shown to be false.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. predominantly dry throughout the forecast period.

RUMINT –
Continued rumors about the offensive - still muddled by the cloud of war and OPSEC.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Water levels are staring to go down in some areas along the Dniper River, but serious damage has been done. Upstream, at least 4 major canals that got its water from the Kakhovka Lake are not out of operation, and thousands of acres of farmland endangered. City water supplies to dozens of cities have also been cut off.

Videos showing Russian artillery strikes on rescuers and evacuation sites/routes in Kherson and related flooded cities are circulating on the interwebs.

There is growing evidence that Ukraine’s offensive is being focused in Zaporizhizhia Oblast -read below.

Rumors that Russia’s left flank at Bakhmut is collapsing as well.

Kharkiv Front -
Russian army attacked Sumy region with Shahed drones overnight, causing damage.

Donetsk Front ——
2 Shahed drones were shot down at Donetsk direction overnight.

Explosions reported in Russian occupied Luhansk after possible missile strike, possible Shadow Strike attack.

Zaporizhizhia Front ———
The Ukrainian Armed Forces appears to have launched a major recon in force along the frontline in the Zaporizhzhia Region yesterday with heavy artillery and rocket fire being reported against multiple Russian-occupied settlements and positions in the region including the City of Tokmak where residents reportedly are claiming they are currently witnessing the most “Significant Shelling” of the war.

Several Russian sources are noticing a dramatic increase in fire and assault on their positions tonight in Zaporizhzhia direction. They say tanks are attacking their positions and shelling is non-stop. Large explosions being reported in occupied Tokmak About half way to Melitopol from the front lines.

Piecing the puzzle together, it appears that the fight is currently developing on two axes. See graphic at link

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FyCkT0tWIAImRk8?format=jpg&name=medium

There is relatively heavy Ukrainian and Russian official silence in this region. Normally, there are a lot of updates, but this is silence. Russian aviation launching guided aerial bombs at frontline areas of Zaporizhzhia region - Russia doesn’t expose their assets like this unless there is a serious situation ongoing.

The western axis appear to have Tokmak in its sights as an intermediate objective as i sits at a key transportation hub.

The eastern axes looks to punch a lesser defended (fewer Russian constructed barriers) that can quickly swing west to pincer and support the Tokmak push.

Russian Territory –
Russian sources report that the insurgent forces of the Freedom Legion of Russia and the Russian Volunteer Corps still have presence in the southern part of Novaya Tavolzhanka.

OUTLOOK –
Looks like game is on for Ukraine. However, some initial feedback suggests that Ukraine suffered some initial set backs in Zaporizhizhia. At this moment, it still doesn’t appear that Ukraine has committed its main force to the effort, but moving ahead with strong reconnaissance in force actions. It is clear that Ukraine is actively using German Leopards and US M2s in the fight. As described under Zaporizhizhia Front above, Ukraine is taking the direct route to Crimea and appears to be utilizing maneuver and supporting attacks to achieve its goals.

Forces Ukraine is facing in Zaporizhizhia are some of the better ones that haven’t been eaten up by the Bakhmut meat grinder. Their command was able to extract most of their forces out from the right side of the Dniper River and out of Kherson in relatively good order. They were also the most successful in capturing terrain at the start of the war. However, these same forces have experienced some serious defeats since the first of the year trying to breakthrough Ukraine defenses. Ukraine deep bombardments with cruise missiles and HIMARS have also degraded their capabilities.

Flooding from the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam appears to have had serious consequences for Russians stationed along the left bank of the Dniper River. With reports that soldiers being airlifted out, leaving their equipment behind, these forces will be ill equipped to be able to form a reserve against the Ukraine assault any time soon, as Russia will be forced to resupply and equip them.

Iran –

Iran on Tuesday reopened its embassy in Saudi Arabia, marking the beginning of the end of a seven-year diplomatic freeze between the two regional rivals. The opening follows an agreement mediated by China in April for the two countries to normalize relations by resuming flights and eventually exchanging ambassadors. Saudi Arabia has not yet said when it will open its embassy in Tehran.

OBSERVATION - This is going to upset the status quo in the region and give Iran a freer hand to focus more on Israel.

Saudi Arabia –

See Iran above.

Turkey –

Economic woes continue with the Turkish lira collapsing to a new historical low. 23.18/dollar

Black Swans

Crude oil inventories are at all time lows in portions of the east and southeast US. With hurricane season now coming upon us, one of those could hit critical areas and throw the whole system off kilter - resulting in shortages and price spikes.

Globalism / Great Reset –

German daily newspaper Bild: Only one sausage per month for everyone! – “Less meat consumption = better climate? The Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture has calculated that even halving meat consumption would bring Germany one percentage point closer to its climate goals.” … “No one wants to ban people from their occasional currywurst. But overall meat consumption in the population is too high for health and sustainability reasons, it’s a scientific fact“, indicates the DGE to the German newspaper.

OBSERVATION - The assault against meat that global farming continues.

**
There is expectation of a BRICS+ currency, which will be announced in Durban, South Africa, at the annual BRICS Leaders’ Summit Conference on Aug. 22–24.

There are currently eight nations that have formally applied for membership and 17 others that have expressed interest in joining. The eight formal applicants are: Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The 17 countries that have expressed interest are: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.
If Saudi Arabia and Russia are both members, you have two of the three largest energy producers in the world under one tent (the U.S. is the other member of the energy Big Three).

If Russia, China, Brazil and India are all members, you have four of the seven largest countries in the world measured by landmass possessing 30% of the Earth’s dry surface and related natural resources.

Almost 50% of the world’s wheat and rice production as well as 15% of the world’s gold reserves are in the BRICS.
Meanwhile, China, India, Brazil and Russia are four of the nine highest-population countries on the planet with a combined population of 3.2 billion people or 40% of the Earth’s population.

China, India, Brazil, Russia and Saudi Arabia have a combined GDP of $29 trillion or 28% of nominal global GDP. If one uses purchasing power parity to measure GDP, then the BRICS share is over 54%. Russia and China have two of the three largest nuclear powers.

OBSERVATION - This effort is being lead by WEF friendly China in an effort to break the back of the dollar as the global currency of exchange (aka petrodollar). If successful, it would torpedo the US economy at the waterline. It will also send shock waves through the global economy as well. The US influence on the world must be minimized or destroyed in order for the powers that be in the WEF to capture power and insert their policies and controls. This meeting must be on everyone’s calendar for monitoring.

The Regime will soon finalize new regulations severely restricting what furnaces you can buy for your home in the future and make new purchases more expensive. The rules were originally proposed back in June 2022 by the Department of Energy (DOE).

Here are the full details of the regulations courtesy of Fox News, which first broke the story. The rules could finalized at any point over the next several weeks.

Under the proposed regulations, DOE would require furnaces to achieve an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) of 95% by 2029, meaning manufacturers would only be allowed to sell furnaces that convert at least 95% of fuel into heat within six years. The current market standard AFUE for a residential furnace is 80%. (TGP)

OBSERVATION - This is another microcosm of the overall WEF assault on fossil fuels as well as the well-being of society. For the record, I had a 98% efficient gas unit installed in my house some 20 years ago. It was a practical investment here in the redoubt. Parts of the country don’t need that level of efficiency - or is its cost effective.

Economy –

Wholesale inventories in the U.S. declined for the second consecutive month in April, the Commerce Department said Thursday.
Inventories at U.S. wholesalers ticked down 0.1 percent in April compared with the prior month. March inventories were revised down to show a decline of 0.2 percent from the preliminary report showing inventories were flat for the month after rising a bit in February.

OBSERVATION - This is an indicator of what businesses are planning for in the future. Dropping the inventory would suggest that they are anticipating a recession of some kind and to not want to be caught with too much in the warehouses when it strikes.

Biden / Harris watch –

Biden was allegedly paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, a confidential human source told the FBI during a June 2020 interview, sources familiar told Fox News Digital.

The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.

OBSERVATION - Can anyone be surprised that Wray drug out the reveal of the FD-1023 until the day that federal indictments were announced against Trump?

CW2 / Domestic violence -

Trump, faces seven charges including mishandling classified documents, and obstructing efforts to investigate, his lawyer said. Trump said he had been summoned to appear at a federal court in Miami, Florida, on Tuesday afternoon. He will be arrested at court and will hear the charges against him.

OBSERVATION - We are in banana republic mode. Third world tinpot dictators take this kind of action. Some polls suggest that as many as around 12 million are ready to take up arms in support of Trump should wake some folks up. Further - the fact that democrats with a more devastating history of classified document handling - such as Hillary’s TS/SCI stored on a private server in some guy’s bathroom and TS/SCI in boxes in biden’s garage next to his corvette, go on without any investigation. Trump faces trial in Florida where there is a chance he will get a ‘fair’ trial.

**
The Southern Poverty Law Center’s director of Intelligence Project, Susan Corke, met with the White House in Jan 2023, who recently added Moms for Liberty, Parents Defending Education, and other parent organizations to its “hate map.”

According to the White House visitor logs, Corke met with National Security Council counterterrorism director John Picarelli, the Free Beacon reports. The “hate group” designation puts parent organizations in the same boat as neo-Nazis and the Ku Klux Klan.

OBSERVATION - follow up to a previous posting. Regime working to justify targeting parents as potential domestic terrorist equivalent to the KKK is outrageous. However, it drives the planning process and would be a component of any future crackdown.

POLITICAL FRONT –

Monitoring response from Republicans -
- “The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society,” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis wrote on Twitter.

- “We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation. Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?”

- Former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson reiterated his call for Trump to end his comeback bid for the White House.

- Businessman Perry Johnson said he would pardon Trump.
Conservative commentator Larry Elder decried America’s justice system. “More partisan prosecution! Hillary violates the Espionage Act—yet skates. FBI/DOJ whistleblowers tell of 2-tiered justice. FBI informant doc claims Joe & Hunter got $10mil in bribes.

OBSERVATION - The crossing of this red line - political persecution of a candidate for office - is a dangerous precedent - and one that will go forward due to the grip the deep state has on our govt.

RELATED - While many of his detractors in the liberal media were doing their happy dance, Chris Cuomo was on his eponymous NewsNation show with independent journalist Matt Taibbi, where both men cast doubt on the charges and had some pretty intense criticisms, including a comparison to a third-world country.

MORE RELATED - Republican leadership in the House was very vocal against the indictments. McConnell was silent in the Senate as were other senate republicans.

NUCLEAR THREATS –

At a meeting with Belarus’ Lukashenka, Putin announced that the deployment of Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus will begin immediately after the completion of the preparation of facilities for them on July 7-8.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. predominantly dry throughout the forecast period.

RUMINT –
Lots of rumors concerning the offensive. Take and hold at arm’s reach approach until things get cleared up.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Details are still murky as to the whole extent of the Ukranian offensive. Russian sources - especially MoD sources have grossly exaggerated Ukraine losses by orders of magnitude such that even evidence from Russian milbloggers cannot even remotely support.

What is apparent is that there are two axis of attack being developed in the Zaporizhizhia Oblast as well as a secondary attacks making substantial progress in encircling Bakhmut in the east. See link for one person’s depiction of the action.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FyHuuEYWAAUPUqi?format=jpg&name=medium

Ukrainian air defense shot down 10 strike drones, 4 cruise missiles and 4 reconnaissance drones overnight.

Flood waters are starting to subside around Kherson, with the extent of damages both direct and collateral being assessed.

OUTLOOK –
A lot of discussion over the so called lack of progress on the Ukraine offensive and a great deal about the Russian defense being stiffer than expected.

- Russia expected an attack along the current axes
- Russian retained a degree of better quality forces for such an attack
- Russia is surprisingly using more effective close air support- far beyond what they’ve done so far.

On the Ukraine side
- Initial assaults to breach defensive lines are always initially hard
- Ukraine has so far committed only a fraction of its available forces - making the current operations a very strong reconnaissance in force.
- Ukraine is forcing Russia back from its positions and is inflicting heavy losses.

It going to take several more days for this operation to become better defined based on OSINT sources.

A wild card in this whole affair is the success Ukraine is having doing its own encirclement of Bahkmut. It is taking terrain in days that it took Russia months to capture.

SERBIA / KOSOVO -

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced upcoming snap parliamentary elections, and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic announced her resignation.

OBSERVATION - Hmmm.

Saudi Arabia –

Last fall, Biden vowed to impose “consequences” on Saudi Arabia for its decision to slash oil production amid high energy prices and fast-approaching elections in the United States.

In public, the Saudi government defended its actions politely via diplomatic statements. But in private, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman threatened to fundamentally alter the decades-old U.S.-Saudi relationship and impose significant economic costs on the United States if it retaliated against the oil cuts, according to a classified document obtained by The Washington Post.
The crown prince claimed “he will not deal with the U.S. administration anymore,” the document says, promising “major economic consequences for Washington.” (WaPO)

OBSERVATION - Another deliberate snub against an US ally in the ME. Further decline as China takes up the slack and becomes a greater influence in the region.

Libya -

Libya remains divided and deadlocked. There are two main factions, one in the east based in Tobruk and another in Tripoli, in the west. The UN backs the Tripoli faction, as do local Islamic militias and Turkish troops and mercenaries. The eastern faction controls most of the oil and export ports. The Russian Wagner Group mercenaries are based in the east but now see themselves as peacekeepers and work with the Turks to maintain a ceasefire. This allows Russian oil firms to operate in Libya and do work for the Libyan national oil company. Both factions support national elections to unite the country but neither faction trusts the others enough to proceed with elections. Russia and the Turks refuse to withdraw their troops from Libya until they receive guarantees that their interests in Libya are respected. The UN and NATO oppose that because the Tripoli faction wants to legitimize an illegal treaty signed by the Tripoli faction in 2019 granting Turkey some of Greece’s offshore oil and natural gas rights in an area between Libya and Turkey that ignores existing, and internationally recognized, claims on that area. Turkey and Greece are both NATO members and NATO backs Greece in this matter. Turkey won’t withdraw its forces from Libya until a new national Libyan government assures the Turks that the illegal agreement is confirmed by a national Libyan government. Many people in both factions do not want to be stuck with a treaty that the UN and NATO consider illegal.

https://www.strategypage.com/qnd/libya/articles/20230609.aspx

OBSERVATION - Libya remains a gordian knot. The Russia and Turkey playing the biggest roles. Fighting reached a stalemate a couple years ago when Egypt threatened to enter the fight. Russia was forced to pull regular and Wagner units out for the Ukraine fight, while Turkey found itself financially over extended supporting too many wars.

Misc of Note –

Rumors are growing that the fires in Canada have been deliberately set with some even looking at the govt or “environmental” groups being the actors. Thoughts are that the efforts are to drive residents out of rural areas and into cities - driving the 15 minute city concept. Right now most of the causes of the fires are unknown at this time.

OBSERVATION - Many have commented / noted that fires could be utilized by unconventional force elements to drain/divert resources as part of a broader civil disturbance / insurrection scenario. What seems to have driven some of the speculation is the timing of the fires in eastern Canada - popularized by smoke in NYC - apparently being started on the same day.

Sea surface temperature anomalies in critical parts of the Pacific Ocean have warmed enough for NOAA to declare an El Niño event to be underway.

Usually, during an El Niño, the Pacific is home to increased activity while the Atlantic basin sees amplified wind shear and cooler water temperatures, which are counterproductive for hurricane formation.

Due to the potential for hostile atmospheric conditions, the CSU and NOAA forecast teams are calling for near-average tropical activity in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico.

“While we anticipate a robust El Niño for the peak of the Atlantic hurricane season, the tropical and subtropical Atlantic have continued to anomalously warm to near-record levels,” Dr. Phil Klotzbach, lead author of the forecast, said during the June 1 release.

OBSERVATION - These forecasts are shots in the dark, so be prepared for some interesting weather over the next year.

OBE Saturday and Sunday. Try to catch up on the important stuff today. I will not be posting Wed - Sun this week - will be in the mountains out of internet range.

Globalism / Great Reset –

The World Health Organization is planning to implement a system of digital health passports or vaccination certificates that will be used to limit the travel and activities of citizens in the event another “pandemic” is declared. The entity doing the declaring will, of course, be the WHO itself. The ultimate goal is to enroll every human being on the planet in the new system.

OBSERVATION - Noted before, his is just one prong of the ultimate digital ID system that incorporates vaccination with financial (digital currency) and social scoring.

**
What is driving “GAY” pride month and the sudden advocacy of LGBT+ perversions. Three key main drivers are the largest investment firms of Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street. These companies control $20 trillion in assets. These firms are also tied closely at the hip to the WEF.

Since they sit on many boards, through their ownership of millions of company shares, they can force firms to adopt sexual diversity platforms. It doesn’t matter that sales were down that quarter. Activists want to know why the company doesn’t have any black lesbians in management. Firms need access to and control of capitol - which these have - and if their ESG scores aren’t high enough, oh well, good luck elsewhere. The pressure is so great that even Chick-fil-La and Cracker-barrel have succumbed to it and have set up their ESG departments and tacitly support Pride month.

OBSERVATION - Destruction of the Judeo-Christian traditional western family is essential for the marxists to gain global control. The foundational nature of the family spreads out to all other facets of society. By destroying the foundation - they can then shape other areas. The most successful has been the exploitation of sex - from straight to the unbounded perverse acts of today - on display in the Pride parades (and be sure that is only the tip of the iceberg). The explosion of the Transtifa agenda in schools - forcing by law the mutiliation of allegedly ‘transgendered’ children. Forcing school children to sit through pure, perverted gay propaganda in schools - with school board support. Etc. One thing that has been made crystal clear this weekend with all the junk - God is set to judge this nation. And that will be accomplished by His removal of the ‘guardrails’ and letting the people have their way - their destructive way.

Economy –

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce joined calls from industry groups for President Biden to intervene in the west coast contract dispute between the Pacific Maritime Association (PMA) and the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU). The PMA said conditions at the California ports in Los Angeles, Oakland, and Long Beach had improved, but ILWU “targeted work actions” were still causing slowdowns at the Tacoma and Seattle ports.

OBSERVATION - Still trying to regain equilibrium following the constipation of the western ports during the wuhan shut down/slow down, unions are jumping on the opportunity to gain more power. The ports already have seen far less shipping due on part to companies routing ships to Gulf/east coast facilities as well as the drop in shipping from China. It won’t take much to trigger a major supply disaster like the last one.

Biden / Harris watch –

Over the weekend, biden and the WH violated US Code on the presentation of the US flag. The trans/gay flag was placed in the position of honor and priority on the WH - centered with two flanking US flags. Flag code states that the US flag when with multiple flags, is to be placed in the center and higher than other flags. Just like laws they don’t like -biden ignored the code to further his agenda.

CW2 / Domestic violence -

Compliance with the ATFs “arm brace” registration requirements is less than 1% of the projected ownership. Something like 30 million are owned and unregistered owners have just become felons. However, it is unlikely that the rule will remain in effect as the courts have repeatedly ruled the action unconstitutional, but it continues to work through the court system.

Strategic Activity / Deployments –

See Europe / NATO General below

Wuhan Plandemic –

Scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology were running risky experiments to create deadly mutant coronaviruses by fusing newly discovered strains - just before the outbreak of Covid-19.
US investigators believe Covid-19 was created by scientists at the Wuhan lab through experiments on a similar coronavirus discovered in a mineshaft in southern China.

Researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology were fusing deadly coronaviruses to create highly-infectious mutant strains, that were then used to infect albino mice, the US investigators claim.

The research programme was kept secret and covered up due to it being funded by the Chinese military with the aim of developing bioweapons, the investigators believe.

The secret initiative in turn led to the creation of Covid-19, which was then leaked into the city of Wuhan through a lab accident, before it spread across the globe, the US investigators claim.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12182513/Scientists-Wuhan-combining-worlds-deadly-coronaviruses-outbreak-Covid-19.html

OBSERVATION - Very likely scenario - a lesser mutant got loose by accident. Wonder what happened to the more ‘deadly’ version.

On Monday, the White House will host NCAA men’s and women’s national championship teams from Divisions I, II, and III to “College Athlete Day” to celebrate their victories. Prior to the event, the White House sent out an email invitation to members of Congress requesting their attendance at the event and some additional logistical information. And they included some helpful “guidance” about specific protocols. Among them: All unvaccinated guests were to wear masks and practice social distancing.

“Masking Guidance: Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask on the White House grounds,” the email states [bold font in original email]. “Guests who are not fully vaccinated must wear a mask at all times and maintain at least 6 feet distance from others while on the White House grounds.“
When queried by Fox News, the White House claimed the guidance was “out of date” and that they were planning to send out “updated guidance” prior to Monday’s event.

POLITICAL FRONT –

What a freeeeeeeeeking dumpster fire. Trump indictment (due Tuesday in a Florida court), LGBT+ running rampant, kalifornian falling into the lgbt abyss, etc. Expect nothing further out of congress until after the next election.

Cyber attacks/warfare –

Illegal Immigration –

Though low in the news flow of late, illegal crossings are still at all time highs. The interesting point is that the expected tsunami hasn’t arrived.

China –

U.S. officials expressed concern over deepening ties between China and Saudi Arabia after the Kingdoms energy minister said Sunday that Saudi Arabia wants to collaborate instead of compete with China.

OBSERVATION - This is because biden has gone out of his way to tick off SA instead of maintaining the partnership maintained for so many years as a counter balance to Russian, Chinese and Iranian influence in the region.

North/South Korea –

Japan –
Japan is maintaining its ‘shoot down’ order for any NK rocket that crosses over Japanese territory.

********

Things are getting interesting again between Gen Shoigu and Wagner.

Shoigu strikes back at Prigozhin

All volunteer formations will be obliged to sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense from July 1. Shoigu’s department wants to take control of the motley public of mercenaries, prisoners, neo-Nazis and other cannon fodder fighting in Ukraine. Formally, “Wagner” PMC are also considered “volunteers”, because mercenary activity is prohibited in Russia.

“PMC Wagner will not sign any contracts with Shoigu,” Prigozhin commented on the new decree, according to which the fighters of volunteer formations are required to sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense.

NOTE - Observers have noted that the ‘cooperation’ and unity of command issues with letting Wagner (and the Chechens for that matter) run around on their own agenda has likely hurt rather than helped Russian military operations. This move by Shoigu also counterstrikes Prigozhin criticism of the MoD in their ongoing battle. There are other PMC groups out there, but Wagner is the premier force.

Logistics –
There are reports spreading that Russia is having to discard much of the 122mm and 152 mm artillery shells created in 2023 because the explosives are unstable and have spontaneously gone off during handling of the rounds on the battle field and storage areas.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Rainfall is expected on the Zaporizhzhia Front for the next 3 - 4 days potentially causing mobility problems.

RUMINT –
Lots of rumors concerning the offensive. Take a hold at arm’s reach approach until things get cleared up.

24 HOUR ROUND UP – More like over the weekend
Ukraine offensive has really started to gain some momentum. The Velyka Novosilka Axis of attack (see link below) has put Russian forces back on their heels. The Tokmak Axis is still grinding on but not with the results af the central axis. The Bakmumt axis (secondary attack) is still progressively gaining ground around the city - threatening encirclement.

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FyHuuEYWAAUPUqi?format=jpg&name=medium

Russia has shown some spunk by offering a better defense because the forces in Zaporizhizhia Oblast are overall better quality lead by better leaders. Russian artillery doing typical work on pre-zeroed targets, but getting hammered by the quick and accurate Ukraine counter battery fire - now in some instances causing the Russian batteries to hold fire for fear of detection.

Russian has also gained a degree of local air superiority - a feature that has been totally lacking while Ukraine struggles without CAS. This is an area where the F-16s would have had the greatest impact.

Ukraine continues to hammer Russian logistics and command centers. Key rail lines in Zaporizhizhia have been hit and large supply dumps and major command facilities hit.

A railway bridge was blown up in Yakymivka, stopping freight between Crimea and Zaporizhzhia. The only railway line leading to the Crimean bridge was also blown up in the Krimovsky district

The Russians blew up another dam , smaller than the one at Nova Kakhovka. This time on the Mokry Yaly River in Donetsk Oblast, causing flooding on both banks of the river. No details about consequences for the civilians yet, but definitely this is Russian attempt to slow down Ukrainian forces.

And finally, the Ukrainian military has a tactical advantage in carrying out attacks at night thanks to Western-provided equipment with advanced night vision systems.

Russian sources note that Ukraine conducts attacks at night because Western equipment provides the APU with “excellent” night vision optics. Night assaults allow Ukrainian forces to use Western equipment more effectively.
Many Russian sources say that the Ukrainian military has stepped up its night attacks in recent days to make the most of the advantages provided by Western systems.

OUTLOOK –
Rainfall is expected on the Zaporizhzhia Front for the next 3 - 4 days which could reinvigorate the mud, making a Ukrainian offensive very difficult for tanks and infantry fighting vehicles due to softened, muddy ground slowing vehicle movement and causing heavy vehicles to more easily get stuck. The key to this is actual volume of rain. Right now forecast estimates are on the low side, so that mud may not be that big of a factor like it was during spring melt.

Roughly, there are two prime axis of attack with one secondary.
1. Tokmak Axis - Running south from Zaporizhizhia to the Crimean peninsula. Purpose is direct shot to Crimea

2. Velyka Novosilka Axis - Runs south towards Melitopol and the Azov sea. Roughly along the Zaporizhizhia / Donetsk Oblast boundary. Purpose - Cut Russian forces in half and block the ‘land bridge to southern Zaporizhizhia and Crimea.

3. Bakhmut - Soladar axis - A secondary axis taking advantage of Russia pulling assets westward to reinforce Zaporizhizhia action. Objective to cut supply lines coming south out of Belarus and Russia into the Russian occupied Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

Please be cautious when evaluating other reports on the war. Misinformation is abundant from both sides and confirmation bias is deep. I look at both and try to sort out what the real action is. It is taking 2-3 days to sort action out and as the tempo increases, that makes following the fight accurately very difficult. One thing that has remained consistent - Russian sources continue to overstate their successes by a significant degree.

Very hard to track the action this past week, but IMHO Russian forces in the Eastern Axis zone are being hard pressed and are starting to break. This sector has fewer prepared Russian positions than the West.

So far Ukraine has utilized 3 to 4 of the approximately 30 brigades (full strength) put together for this offensive. The past week has just been the preliminaries to push the Russian defenses and force them to start committing reserves. When this phase of battlefield preparation has ended, then the stage should be set for the commitment of the bulk of the remaining brigades.

I encourage all to go to the article linked below. It says pretty much what I’ve been saying but from one who’s had more frontline experience than I have.

https://thefederalist.com/2023/06/12/heres-what-to-know-about-ukraines-mounting-counteroffensive/

Pay attention - this is a war against Russian logistics as much as it is for territorial gain. Ukraine has succeeded so far in the war by effectively cutting off needed logistical supplies to the Russian forces.

Mexico -

Mexico’s pro-migration government is threatening to retaliate against Florida’s pro-American governor, Ron DeSantis, whose campaign-trail border policies are putting him on a collision course with Mexico’s president.
“The Government of Mexico emphatically condemns the practice of transporting migrant persons from states bordering Mexico toward other parts of the United States with electoral and political ends … Legal and diplomatic measures will be explored,” said the June 8 statement from Mexico’s foreign ministry.

**
Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) said over the weekend that the leftist Morena Party must “close ranks” to support his presidential successor in the July 2024 elections.

OBSERVATION - AMLO was brought to heel by Trump, but the biden regime is so weak - especially towards illegals - that AMLO is resuming the push by his leftist party to pursue its goals of even influencing the US elections.

Globalism / Great Reset –

George Soros is no longer in charge of his $25 billion empire. The Wall Street Journal reported over the weekend that he is “handing control” of the Open Society Foundations to his son, Alexander.

What does this mean? It means the Soros family’s impact on politics is about to get even worse. We know this because Alexander Soros made it clear that while he and his father “think alike,” he also describes himself as “more political.” In practice, the younger Soros said he wants to expand their political activity into debates over voting, abortion, and “gender equity.”

OBSERVATION - Already an aggressive partner of the WEF, young soros will likely triple down on efforts to throughly corrupt the US and global interests.

Economy –

According to some of the world’s biggest bond managers from Fidelity International to Allianz Global Investors, the United States is heading for a “nasty” recession. They’re sticking to their forecasts for a downturn that is “inevitable” and advise hedging any bets on risk assets.
“Something akin to a credit crunch is what I’m most concerned about,” said Steve Ellis, global fixed-income chief investment officer at Fidelity International, which manages $663 billion of assets. Central banks’ continued tightening shows they’re “fighting last year’s battle,” he said according to a report by Fortune.

OBSERVATION - Note this is a different view than projected by other financial organizations of late.

**
Consumer prices in the United States cooled last month, rising just 0.1% from April to May and extending the past year’s steady easing of inflation. At the same time, some measures of underlying price pressures remained high.
Measured year over year, inflation slowed to just 4% in May — the lowest 12-month figure in over two years and well below April’s 4.9% annual rise. The pullback was driven by tumbling gas prices, smaller increases in grocery prices, and other items.

Core prices remained high last month, rising 0.4% from April to May, the sixth straight month of increases at that level or higher. Compared with a year ago, core inflation slipped to 5.3% from 5.5%. That is still far above the Fed’s target of 2%.

Tuesday’s inflation figures arrive just as Fed officials begin a pivotal two-day meeting, after which they’re expected to leave interest rates alone after imposing 10 straight rate hikes dating back to March 2022.

OBSERVATION - While somewhat good news, there are many other factors at play that could disrupt the whole house of cards.

Biden / Harris watch –

Harris temporarily took over the leadership of the country while biden had an unscheduled root canal. Our country was a secure as the border during those hours.

CW2 / Domestic violence -

Trump supporters are planning to counter-protest Antifa and Black Lives Matter at the indictment of former President Trump.

OBSERVATION - Once again, the biden regime and the left are playing with deadly fire here with Trump. They are already up to their necks in ethics related to these witch hunts. Further fire concerns are if the regime fails to insure Trump’s rights are protected and they make a show out of this, the needle will be pushed dangerously close to a hot civil war scenario. In reality, that is what the regime wants - a reason to impose martial law and execute a crack down on republicans and all those ‘domestic terrorists’.

The MSM over the weekend carried the narrative that the republicans are a danger to the republic (surprising they got that right) and need to be put down. Laying our the information battlefield preparation for such a crackdown.

POLITICAL FRONT –

Sen Grassley stated yesterday that Burisma Exec behind Biden bribery scandal allegedly kept 17 recordings of talks with Joe, and Hunter. Wray blocked this information out from the FBI form subpoenaed by the House. This also shows that former AG Barr was also well aware of this evidence and did nothing about it.

OBSERVATION - Political observers note that Grassley is not one to jump the shark on issues like this. This becomes very explosive evidence is Congress can get their hands on these recordings. OTOH, DoJ and the FBI will do nothing about it and try to run out the clock.

**
Trump is scheduled to be arraigned on charges related to classified documents held at his Florida home. Miami Police Chief Manuel Morales said the department is bracing for crowds of up to 50,000 people outside the federal courthouse during former President Trump’s arraignment today.

RELATED - Trump’s legal team is preparing to file a motion to dismiss Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case citing prosecutorial misconduct. Trump’s lawyers will ask Judge Aileen Cannon to unseal Obama-appointed Judge Beryl Howell’s order obliterating Trump’s attorney-client privilege with his lawyer Eric Corcoran. This order by Howell essentially turned attorney / client privilege on its head and allowed special prosecutor Smith to use testimony against Trump.

**
kalifornia gov newscum’s national tour and increased PR sewage stream is designed to set himself up for the president run pending the removal of biden/harris from the ticket. Rumors are that the swamp is letting biden’s criminal actions dribble out and the puppet masters are soon to give them the notice that their time is up.

Cyber attacks/warfare –

Department of Interior (DOI) Inspector General Mark Greenblatt told lawmakers that penetration testers were able to hack more than 20% of passwords used for DOI systems using low-cost methods currently available to adversaries.

OBSERVATION - China is taking note of this and is expected to take advantage of every cyber loophole should hostilities break out with Taiwan.

**
Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director Jen Easterly said Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated scripts, fake photos, and videos could make it difficult for the average person to know what is real around the 2024 election.

China –

Biden government is preparing evacuation plans for American citizens living in Taiwan, three sources told The Messenger.

OBSERVATION - This announcement has caused speculation that the regime has gotten some indicator or intelligence that something might happen soon.

Japan –
.
Japan has passed a new law allowing it to start exporting weapons for the first time since WW2. The new law also makes it possible to produce more weapons for the needs of the Japanese military itself.

OBSERVATION - China’s and NK’s aggressive behavior has awakened the Japanese dragon. This development also exposes the loss of US leadership in the region.

RELATED - Japan unveiled plans to develop its own long-range anti-ship missiles as part of a defensive pre-emptive strike capability against China’s hypersonic-equipped warships.

Japan’s technology savvy permits quick development and to some extent quick deployment of such systems. It has also been said that Japan could become a nuclear nation within a year’s time if need be.

CURRENT ASSESSMENT - Updated June 6, 2023

Russia is on a defensive footing in Ukraine with some attempts at preemptive assaults in the east. In the face of increased Ukrainian probing attacks, Russia has yielded some large amounts of terrain.

“Akhmat”, Kadyrov’s special unit, signed a contract with Russian ministry of defense, as Shoigu’s new order requires. Kadyrov has been criticizing Prigozhin harshly lately.

During the weekend, Yevgeniy Prigozhin, curator of Wagner PMC, refused to sign a similar contract for Wagner.

It seems that the current situation with Prigozhin is Kadyrov’s chance to return to Russian agenda. He has assumed the role of Putin’s defender.

Kadyrov heard from Prigozhin that his men remember the first and second Chechen wars and whose side Kadyrov’s clan fought on. Prigozhin started openly discussing the opposition of Russians and Chechens in today’s reality.

There is a high probability that Chechens and Wagnerites could become competitors in the Russian criminal world in the near future.

NOTE - Hard to run a war when you have these wild nutz engaging now into a three way knife fight involving the MoD.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Rainfall is expected on the Zaporizhzhia Front for the next 3 - 4 days potentially causing mobility problems.

Lots of rumors concerning the offensive. Take a hold at arm’s reach approach until things get cleared up.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Ukrainian air defense shot down 11 of 14 cruise missiles and 1 of 4 Shahed drones, launched by Russia overnight. Death toll from Russian missile strikes in Kryvyi Rih increased to 10, with 1 person under rubble, 28 more wounded.

Russia announced the death of Russian Chief of Staff of the 35th Combined Arms Army, Major General Sergey Goryachev. This was the result of one of the many Ukrainian missile attacks targeting command locations deep in occupied territories.

Velyka Novosilka Axis- -
Russian milblogger WarGonzo reports that Russian forces failed to retake Makarivka today.
“Contrary to forecasts, it was not possible to recapture the village by the end of the day. We hope that tomorrow our attempts in this direction will be crowned with success.”

NOTE - Russian milbloggers information needs to be closely screened. However in the case of WarGonzo, his reports have been pretty well collaborated from other sources. The Russian counter attack suggests that the Ukraine assault is gaining momentum and to throw a reserve force into the mix this early is not a good sign for russia.

Russian Territory –
Russian media report on heavy fighting in the Graivoron district of the Belgorod region. The Belgorod Governor said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had entered the territory. Russian Freedom Forces at play again.

Partisan Resistance ——
The locomotive depot in Russian-occupied Melitopol has been destroyed. The explosion occurred last night and destroyed the trains responsible for transporting fuel to the frontline.

OUTLOOK –
Looks like Ukraine’s offensive, particularly along the Velyka Novosilka Axis is gaining steam. Most observes /OSINT folk say that the main force of the Ukraine army has still not been committed, so the rest of the week (while i’m in the woods - frump) will be critical for both sides.

Key tactics that have developed and to watch out for

- Russia forcing Ukraine ADA assets forward to counter their glide bombs. this brings these assets into range of their Lancet drones.
- Russian continues to push EW to reduce Ukraine comms effectiveness. Ukraine counters by targeting those forward placed assets with its killer drones.
- Ukraine continues deep strikes on Russian command, logistics and troop concentrations. The death of Major General Sergey Goryachev also killed scores of lower level officers. Expect a lot more senior Russian officers to bit the dust in an effort to direct the defense.
- Watch for increased sabotage of rail lines supplying Russian forces and especially the kerch strait bridge. Logistics destruction is a key component of the Ukraine offensive and a serious weakness for Russia

Europe / NATO General –

The Netherlands announces it has started training Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighter jets.

Syria -

“There continues to be less fighting in Syria despite the continued presence of numerous mutually antagonistic groups in many parts of the country. So far this year there have only been a few hundred killed each month. This is a trend that has been continuing since the peak violence in 2014. For example, nearly 6,000 died in October 2014, ten times the current monthly death toll. Most of the dead continue to be Islamic terrorists and other rebels. While ISIL (Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant) is believed to have suffered over 2,000 dead in October 2014, mainly because they were fighting everyone else simultaneously, there are far fewer ISIL fighters now. The highest annual death toll was in 2014, when at least 100,000 died. Annual deaths declined after that, reaching about 3,800 in 2021, about the same in 2022 but so far in 2023 there are a few hundred deaths a month, which indicates a decline from 2022.”

“Since the civil war began in 2011 the death toll is estimated to be between 400,000 and 500,000. Iran wanted the civil war to end so they could concentrate on Israel. The key role of Iran in Syria has been noted and no one, not even Iranian allies, are cooperating with the Iranian activities. The only ones who cannot walk away from this are the Assads, Turkey and Israel.”

OBSERVATION - insightful read

Good extended weekend and seeing that nothing really explosive happened while out of internet range. Wading through the events though, so this may seem relatively short, but are some of the things that have jumped out at me.

Globalism / Great Reset –

UN Chief António Guterres lashed out at the fossil fuels industry following a meeting with civil society groups, the Associated Press reported. The industry, he said, is “trading the future” for money. Guterres urged them to move “away from a product incompatible with human survival.” “The problem is not simply fossil fuel emissions… It’s fossil fuels – period,” he said.

OBSERVATION - The obsession against fossil fuels neglects all the products the petrochemical industry cranks out - from fertilizer, to our clothing and then some. We have a better life with oil/gas. But then it will be a two tiered world they desire, where the rich have all the benefits and the rest have to eat dirt.

Economy –

The Fed held fire on raising the prime rate, though indicated that at least two increases may still be in the works. The decision leaves the benchmark rate at a range of 5% to 5.25%. It marks the first meeting at which the central bank hasn’t raised its federal funds rate since January 2022.

OBSERVATION - Some say that the fed bases it decisions on 6 month old data and that rate changes don’t really begin to impact until 6 months later. I think they are holding back seeing that an economy in recession is not the time to continue to increase rates.

CW2 / Domestic violence -

IRS sent twenty armed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents to carry out a raid on a gun store in Great Falls, Montana, seizing all Form 4473s – documents that contain the buyer’s information. Some believe this information will be used by the IRS in the near future to conduct unconstitutional raids on Americans.
They didnt take any financial records, accounting or tax statements. But they did take all the 4473 forms. (Buyer’s Information).

OBSEVATION - So it begins. The biden regime is nibbling around the edges of vague regulations and creative interpretation of the law to start going after gun stores. Most recently was a criminalization of clerical errors in filling out the 4473s - using that as an excuse to close down stores. The regime knows that an all out- nation wide assault against gun rights would hold water, but the ‘death by a thousand cuts’ method may be more efficient. They know full well it will be years for lawsuits to process thru the courts to the USSC where it will likely be struck down. In this case they used the IRS as the wedge to suggest shady business operations, but as noted above, they didn’t seize any tax related documents - as stated in the warrant, but the 4473s (hence the ATF involvement) which were not part of the warrant - a decade’s worth of sales.

The big question is will they be coming after individuals now that they have their ill gotten buyer database? This can quickly approach the stage where these agents are ID’d and selectively dealt with as has happened in other countries.

These types of raids, if unchecked by either law or citizens, will increase as the 2024 elections approach.

IN RELATED - House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH), produced a report on an IRS agent that used an alias and lied about the purpose of his visit to gain entry to a taxpayer’s home, became aggressive when he was asked to leave, and filed an Inspector General complaint when he was investigated over the incident.

OBSERVATION - The alphabet agencies are looking to come increasingly off the rails and this trend is growing very, very quickly.

**
The increased activity by moslems protesting LGBT/Trans agendas in cities and schools has thrown the leftists onto their heels. Some worrying about how to respond when facing another protected class - is it lslamophobia to speak out / counter these moslems? Which ‘protected’ class has priority?

Strategic Activity / Deployments –

Folks, stop freeking out about all the military movements being cited as a military take over. These are common old Guard/Reserve two week deployments commonly seen this time of year.

POLITICAL FRONT –

The ‘get trump’ efforts of the swamp continue to increase in crescendo while the growing number of crimes committed by the biden cartel continue to mount and are being protected by the DoJ and media.

Polling, which at this stage of the 2024 election cycle should be held at arms length, suggests that inspire of all the legal attacks, Trump is standing even bigger and that most americans are viewing the legal efforts as election interference as well as third world banana republic politics. Trump’s resurgence in the face of these legal assaults has democrats mumbling about not only stopping him, but even destroying or even shooting him.

On the democrat signs, Kennedy appears to be gaining traction against biden and in one poll even has the lead. This while growing documentation that biden is not in control of his facilities and needs to be in a memory care facility.

Cyber attacks/warfare –

The U.S. Department of Energy got ransom requests from the Russia-linked extortion group Cl0p at both its nuclear waste facility and scientific education facility that were recently hit in a global hacking campaign, a spokesperson said on Friday.

According to Yahoo News, The DOE contractor Oak Ridge Associated Universities and the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, the New Mexico-based facility for disposal of defense-related radioactive nuclear waste, were hit in the attack, which was first reported on Thursday.

The US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) confirmed the agencies suffered the attack in a statement to CNN.

“CISA is providing support to several federal agencies that have experienced intrusions,” said Eric Goldstein, CISA’s Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity.
“We are working urgently to understand impacts and ensure timely remediation.”

OBSERVATION - Rest assured, there are more burrows and silent bombs in the internet framework that enemies of this nation have set up for when the balloon goes up.

Illegal Immigration –

Illinois is facing $1 Billion increase in costs to provide health care to illegals.

China –

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met China’s Foreign Minister Qin Gang in Beijing at the start of two days of talks with Chinese officials. The visit is the first by an American diplomat to China in almost five years.

US officials say the main goal of the talks is to stabilize a relationship that has become extremely tense. It comes nearly five months after an earlier Blinken visit was postponed, following the flight of a suspected Chinese spy balloon in US airspace.

The US has been lowering expectations for the trip and both sides have made clear they do not expect any major breakthrough.
The goal, US officials say, is to reopen lines of high-level communication and stabilize relations that have become strained since the balloon incident.

Later, Blinken met with Xi and there was a joint statement stating there would be a resumption of high level diplomatic talks.

OBSERVATION - Many are viewing the talks as being unproductive and that many of the ceremonial events, such as greeting Blinken at the airport as being an insult to him. China is in control and calling shots globally while biden regimen has turned the US foreign policy into a paper tiger.

North/South Korea –

NK lobbed some short range missile into the sea. No biggies.

Russian Personnel Issues –-
Reports that cholera is sickening Russian forces in Kherson Oblast and Crimea - probably spread by filthy flood water from the Kakhovka dam break. An army’s worst enemy of old - disease - may have now entered the fray.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Overall dry conditions thru the forecast period.

24 HOUR ROUND UP – Interesting that little has changed since I went off line and into the hills. Ukraine’s offensive is still capturing ground, though at a much slower pace and at higher costs than I anticipated in the south. The encirclement of Bahkmut by Ukraine has noticeably improved.

Ammunition depot is on fire at Rykove village of Kherson region. There was also a second major ammo dump hit as well as a Russian brigade Hq.

4 Shahed drones and 4 Kaliber cruise missiles were shot down overnight

Updated map with axis for reference.

OUTLOOK –
Observers continue to wonder when the Russian defensive positions are going to crack. The Russian forces in the south as I’ve noted are probably the best in Ukraine - their ‘A’ Team, so to speak.

Ukraine forces still haven’t hit the main defensive lines created by Russia over the winter. In some instances still about 6 Km away and closing. Penetrating that line of defense will be the critical battle of the war.

Russian attack helicopters have appeared and for once doing what they should do - hitting Ukraine armor pretty hard. However, Ukraine is on the edge of countering this and they are starting to take them out.

With cholera and other diseases hitting Russian troops in western Kherson Oblast near the Dniper River, a whole new aspect arises. However, these troops were likely low caliber since they were defending the left bank of the river and Russia didn’t consider them important enough to evacuate before they blew the dam. Question is will these diseases hit the main Russian force in the Tokmak Axis and Velyka Novosilka Axis?

While the precise details of the emerging deal are not yet known, it will reportedly limit Iran’s uranium enrichment to its current production level of 60%.

According to The New York Times, it will also reportedly require Iran to halt attacks against U.S. contractors in Syria and Iraq, increase cooperation with international nuclear inspectors and cease ballistic missile sales to Russia.
In exchange, Washington would agree not to increase economic sanctions on the Islamic Republic, to stop confiscating Iranian oil as occurred in April and to not seek punitive resolutions against Iran at the United Nations or at the International Atomic Energy Agency, according to the report.

OBSERVATION - Israel has already announced that this kind of a deal will not be recognized and may likely trigger an attack on Iran. Iran has constantly violated previous agreements and this one would be no different.

That's last week.

This week BATFE will raid again and demand the 4473s, and arrest the shopkeep and confiscate the entire inventory for failure to have proper records on hand...

My schedule is potentially changing, so don’t expect Wednesday posts for a while.

Economy –

Recession tea leaves continue to be scried. BlackRock ($9T AUM) concludes that the depth of the coming recession will be determined by how much higher and longer the Federal Reserve hikes interest rates. Basically they see more rate increases that will yield a recession and potentially a deep one.

CW2 / Domestic violence -

See Terrorism below -

IMHO, push back against the radical LGBT/Transtifa agenda is keeping things from that side held back. Events that would have in previous months drawn a lot of violent transers only draw few and more anti-trans showing up. I expect things to heat back up later this summer though, once the gay gangsters try to regain the initiative and as school approaches.

Terrorism -

Republican lawmakers and officials in Kansas said they received letters containing white powder and that the FBI and state investigators are now involved.

“Preliminary tests have returned from this lab indicating the substance is presumptively negative for common biological agents of concern. Further and more complete testing will be conducted on this sample, as well as on additional letters that have been collected, in an effort to determine the components of the substance. The investigation is ongoing. Nothing further will be released at this time,” the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) statement reads.

The Republican-led state Legislature overrode multiple vetoes handed down by Kansas’s governor this year, Owens said, including one that bars transgender athletes from competing on women’s sports teams.

OBSERVATION - If this is the case, then the left is stepping up its pressure campaign - especially the transtifa element.

Strategic Activity / Deployments –

The US Army is massively revving up its ability to produce large quantities of munitions such that the monthly output for 155mm artillery shells, anti-tank rounds for Javelins and precision rockets such as Guided Multiple Launch Rocket Systems will triple in just the next few years.

OBSERVATION - The drawdown of war reserves to Ukraine has hit the US as well as NATO nations hard. The production takes time to ramp up - in this instance 2024. Should a war involving the US break out, shortages would be severe.

Wuhan Plandemic –

Dr. Peter Hotez has been all over the interwebs the past few days. This bum has been the unapologetic apologist for the jab and talking big and down to critics of his and the regime’s wuhan response. Hotez is one of the many reasons there should be no amnesty or forgiveness for the &%^$%^& who foisted all the crap on us. He deserves a place in Nuremberg 2 . 0 trials (that sadly we will never see).

POLITICAL FRONT –

Not posting much here because there is so much mud so far and things are very early on into the 2024 campaign. We already know the left is pulling out all the stops to put Trump out of the running and there are many second tier republicans hoping for that action.

The trend to watch is Kennedy v biden. More of a centrist, either the marxist powers that be in the swamp will either corrupt him into their mold or develop a “never Kennedy” movement.

All in all, these are all precursors to the main event that will really start kicking in next year. They could push the country to ruin or ruin the swamp’s control over the country.

Illegal Immigration –

It is being noted that in the first two years of biden’s regime, more illegals got into the country than the combined 0bama and Trump administrations combined. IIRC, crossings will naturally be dropping over the coming months due to the heat.

China –

US Secretary of State Blinken in China: “We do not support Taiwan independence”

OBSERVATION - Blinken just green lighted a Chinese action against Taiwan - I would say the potential for action by the end of the year, definitely now before the 2024 elections. The regime has just tossed another ally under the bus. The world has just jumped one order of magnitude in danger. China is the world power and the US is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Overall dry conditions thru the forecast period.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Rumors of a Ukraine operational ‘pause’ appear to be premature as forces continued to press attacks along the Tokmak and Velyka Novosilka Axises. Russia for its part has increased attacks in Eastern Ukraine in various places from Kreminna south toward Donetsk. These Russian assaults are small and appear to be designed to try to fix Ukraine forces in place.

Ukrainian air defense shot down 32 of 35 Shahed drones launched by Russia overnight. Of the few that got thru, explosions in Khmelnitsky region, West Central Ukraine, were noted. Additionally, drones struck a critical infrastructure target in Lviv

Updated map with axis for reference.

Partisan Resistance ——
Official of occupation authorities in Zaporizhzhia region Vladimir Epifanov, his bodyguard and secretary were wounded as result of vehicle explosion in Simferopol, Crimea.

OUTLOOK –
No significant changes in the works. Ukraine will continue to grind its way south with Russia grudgingly yielding terrain. Ukraine’s big battle will be when they hit the defenses Russia has constructed. Observers/analysts continue note that Ukraine still hasn’t committed the bulk of its army to the fight yet. One could say the action to date could be a considered a reconnaissance in force - on steroids.

Ukraine’s constant pressure targeting key command, personnel and logistics centers may be yielding results soon by disrupting the russian plans. I still expect to see the Kersch Bridge hit again soon.

New tactic of note - Russia is loading armor vehicles and tanks loaded with explosives and ‘driving them’ towards Ukraine units - an improvised vehicle IED. Interesting innovation - but so far unsuccessful, but cannot be ignored.

Moldova/Transnistria -

Moldova is about to ban the Russian supporting political party in a move to further isolate internal support to Transnistria.

Belarus -

Continued training of Russian forces.

Misc of Note –

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) said Tropical Storm Bret is forecast to strengthen into a category one hurricane as it hits the Caribbean this week.

OBSERVATION - An unusually early hurricane who’s track is currently projected south of Cuba. No forecasts as to where it will track from there, but historically they tend to swing north and impact the gulf coast somewhere. Some early models though indicate a central america landfall instead.

Back, the crud got me the past couple days and I’m still a bit under, but want to put this out so I’m not buried when i do feel better.

On some items I”m not going into too great of depth given that they’ve been digested a lot over the past few days.

Globalism / Great Reset –

A top official with the World Economic Forum (WEF) has called for religious scripture to be “rewritten” by artificial intelligence (AI) to create a globalized “new Bible.”

Yuval Noah Harari, the senior advisor to the WEF and its chairman Klaus Schwab, argues that using AI to replace scriptures will create unified “religions that are actually correct.”

Harari, an influential author and professor, made the call while giving a talk on the “future of humanity.” According to Harari, the power of AI can be harnessed and used to reshape spirituality into the WEF’s globalist vision of “equity” and inclusivism.

OBSERVATION - The WEF’s grab on world power also incorporates creation of its own ‘religion’. There are many bible teachers / prophecy scholars that look at this WEF effort to be setting the foundation for the Beast World religion during the Tribulation period. Just like with blanking out contrary thoughts and opinions as ‘disinformation’ (among others), control of religion has become key to other tyrants from Hitler to Xi’s china. The WEF recognizes that the values people hold often come directly out of their faiths. Therefore, faiths must change.

Starting in September, the EU will “mandate” that all member states offer a “digital identity wallet” to all of their citizens and businesses.

The European Union will mandate digital identity under eIDAS 2.0, which will go into effect in September 2023 and ensure all Member States offer a digital identity wallet (DIW) to citizens and businesses. According to the European Commission, “At least 80% of citizens should be able to use a digital ID solution to access key public services by 2030.”

OBSERVATION - Large scale rollout - initially optional but one knows it will be soon made mandatory.

**
Bureau of Land Management is set to in act a new rule that threatens to upend those Americans’ way of life. The new rule proposed in March establishes a framework for “conservation leases” elevated over other uses such as mining, grazing, and gas development. The agency guidelines, which were created without a congressional vote, would implement a radical departure from the “multiple use mandate” outlined by Congress in the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA).

The multiple use mandate requires the BLM, which presides over 245 million acres, primarily in the West, to make lands available for a wide variety of uses for maximum benefit. Conservation leases are poised to choke off millions of acres from those uses.

In the agency’s tour promoting the proposed public lands rule, federal officials ignored red state constituents and planned meetings in urban city centers far away from the ranchers most likely to be impacted. Out of the five hearings scheduled on the new rule, just three were in person: in Denver, Albuquerque, and Reno.

Republicans on Capitol Hill demanded the agency not only extend the public comment period, but also hold meetings closer to those whom the new rules would directly hit — such as ranchers whose livestock graze on public land.

OBSERVATION - This follows WEF directives to cut the ability of nations to raise cattle due to “global warming” and other environmental mantras. This is a direct, regulatory way to force ranchers to restrict the size of their herds, buy removing lands historically available for grazing. There are many who think ranchers own large tracts of land for their herds, the opposite is the case.

IN RELATED - The final “negotiations” between the Dutch farmers & the Dutch government have officially failed. The government didn’t budge and is going to proceed with their totalitarian land grab. New protests are expected this summer. Now the Dutch govt is looking to control the sales of private homes and to designate just who can purchase those homes.

Economy –

Bank of America Global Research analysts are warning that this year’s market rally is turning into an equities bubble.

POLITICAL FRONT –

The House of Representatives voted to send H.R. 503, bringing articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden, brought to the floor by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) through a privileged resolution to committee - essentially killing the bill.

OBSERVATION - Though well intended, this has almost no place to go. House leadership is reluctant to begin formal proceedings due to the RINOS who don’t want to stir the pot.

**
The House did vote to censure ‘ol buggy eye Schift with 10 republican holdouts.

**
Hunter biden’s sweet deal is more evidence of a two tiered ‘justice’ system. $6 million in unpaid taxes, where he deducted tens of thousands for membership in a pervert sex club.
Oh, and don’t get me started on his old man’s gun grabbing agenda while obtaining a handgun illegally.

IN RELATED - Half of Americans — including a third of Democrats — think first son Hunter Biden got favorable treatment from federal prosecutors after he agreed to a sweetheart plea deal earlier this week, according to a new poll.
Responses to the Reuters/Ipsos survey largely broke along party lines, with 75% of Republicans believing the first son received special treatment, while 33% of Democrats felt the same way.

However, most respondents also said the Hunter ordeal isn’t likely to have an impact on whether they will vote for President Biden’s re-election in 2024.

**
It now appears that the biden regime knew that the Titan minisub imploded on Sunday and had the media milk the story to detract from hunter’s scandals.

**
Special Counsel John Durham testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday for nearly six hours. Much awaited testimony yielded bombshells on the weaponization of the alphabet agencies against Trump, but yielded no firm answers as to why he didn’t follow-up with criminal charges against the principals.

China –

The Chinese aircraft carrier Shandong and its escorts made a transit of the Taiwan Straits on Wednesday. It launched J-16 fighters as well, simulating an attack on Taiwan. This action comes a day after a USCG vessel transited the strait and after biden called Xi a dictator.

**
In addition to the presence of a Chinese Intel facility on Cuba, China and Cuba are negotiating to establish a new joint military training facility on the island, sparking alarm in Washington that it could lead to the stationing of Chinese troops and other security and intelligence operations just 100 miles off Florida’s coast, according to current and former U.S. officials.

OBSERVATION - This may or may not generate another “Cuban missile crisis” scenario by permitting China to stage missiles within 90 miles of US territory.

Russia -

NUCLEAR THREATS –
Any use of a tactical nuclear weapon by Russia, Belarus, or their proxies, or the destruction of a nuclear facility that disperses radioactive contaminants into NATO territory would be viewed as an attack on NATO itself - resolution introduced by Sen Blumenthal and Sen Graham.
NOTE - This is a senate resolution and nothing binding to NATO.

**
Putin’s advisor Sergei Karaganov, chair of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, published an article last week calling for Russia to use tactical nuclear weapons against Western targets in Europe.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Overall dry conditions thru the forecast period.

RUMINT –
President Zelensky says that Ukrainian intelligence has received information that Russia is studying a scenario of terrorist attack at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Much the same as previous. Ukraine continues to make gains and maintains the initiative in the fight.

Russian forces conducted offensive actions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. These attacks were not particularly large. Russia also launched small attacks in the Kreminna region.

Ukrainian air defense shot down 13 Russian X-101/X-555 cruise missiles.

Updated map with axis for reference.

Tokmak Axis -
Ukraine forces continue to press southward and reportedly have encountered and breached some of the Russian defenses constructed there.

Ukraine defense forces have partial success in advance at Novodanylivka – Robotyne and Mala Tokmachka - Novofedorivka directions, - General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine says in the morning report.

Ukrainian EMERCOM to launch a drill on possible radiation release at the occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant

Velyka Novosilka Axis- -

Explosion was reported near Mariupol port this morning, unreported target.

Crimean front ———
Bridge between occupied Crimea and Kherson region was damaged in a missile strike. The bridge is in the eastern part of the neck of land that connects Crimea to the rest of Ukraine. Traffic was stacked up for miles.

Russian Territory –
Ukraine drones (?) hit a railway station in Kursk causing a large fire.

Partisan Resistance ——
Three explosions were audible in Skadovsk , occupied Kherson oblast.
Fire after explosions at an ammo depot in Henichesk, Occupied Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

OUTLOOK –
Ukraine has not paused on its efforts to strike the logistical support and supply routes that Russia depends upon. It has been a tried and proven tactic so far for them and Russia has found no significant way to counter it. Latest strike on a key bridge is forcing Russian to add hundreds of kilometers of travel to supply units north of Crimea.

Zelensky has said the offensive has been going slower than desired, but analysts still note that the bulk of the Ukraine offensive force is yet to be committed. Three weeks into their offensive, Ukraine has been plagued by stubborn Russian defenses manned by better trained forces than they apparently anticipated.

That said, cracks are appearing on the Russian defensive line that it seems Ukraine is beginning to exploit.

One nasty cloud that has been threatening for months and now may be used by Russia is damaging the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant which still has one unit still on line (the rest in cold shutdown). Russia has already shown willingness to blow up dams and the nuclear plant’s proximity to Ukraine supply lines into the Zaporizhzhia offensive axis would seriously cramp their ability to supply attacks. Such sabotage will bring global condemnation and at this stage potentially bring NATO into the combat, especially if radiation drifts into NATO territory.

Expect further erosion of Russian defensive positions and more Ukraine gains (small to modest) as they continue the attacks.

Europe / NATO General –

The EU has adopted new sanctions against Russia. These include measures to: strengthen the cooperation with third countries to impede sanctions’ circumvention ban the transit of goods and technology via Russian tighten export restrictions

Israel –

Israel has been dealing with Hamas affiliated terrorists in the West Bank region, taking out key leaders. Hamas is warning that an appropriate response is in the offing in reply.

Globalism / Great Reset –

Dutch government learned they can effectively crack down on our farmers’ property rights, they’re coming after ordinary citizens next. A new Housing Act will allow municipalities to force homeowners to sell their homes ONLY to people with a lower to middle income. In other words, the government decides who you can sell your own home to and would force you to accept a lower price than the market value, because a “marginalized group” would be making an offer.

OBSERVATION - Netherlands is one of those prototype WEF governance tests where they are beta testing their directives. Short of revolution, the govt will have its way.

Strategic Activity / Deployments –

The USS Ronald Reagan nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is scheduled to make port in Danang, Vietnam, this week – right in China’s backyard. The visit will mark just the third time a U.S. aircraft carrier has visited Vietnam since the withdrawal of American forces from that country in 1975.

The Ronald Reagan will arrive on June 25 and stay until June 30. “The scheduled arrival of the Ronald Reagan comes as Washington is seeking to upgrade relations with Vietnam and against a back-drop of increased tension in which Hanoi has had frequent disputes with its larger neighbor over maritime border boundaries in the South China Sea,” Al Jazeera reported.

Illegal Immigration –

After the Supreme Court ruled that states lack standing to sue President Joe Biden’s administration for not enforcing federal immigration law, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas says he will reinstate the agency’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders that shield most of the nation’s illegal aliens from arrest and deportation.

OBSERVATION - Basically this means essentially turning the nation into a ‘sanctuary’ nation with severe l limits on who ICE can arrest and deport. Big win for biden and a big loss for the nation.

********

All heck has broken loose within Russia as an attempt is apparently being made to at a minimum, oust the senior generals in the MoD and at worst stage a coup to topple putin. Things are happening fast and fluid.

BACKGROUND -
Wagner PMC has been the ‘go to’ independent military contractor for the Russian army during this Ukraine war. Recognized as being far better trained than the standard russian soldier they have earned the reputation as good fighters and are highly nationalistic.

With that said, Wagner leader Prigozhin has been very critical of senior Russian leadership on how the war has been fought. This soap opera set Prigozhin against the Kremlin’s Gerasimov and Shoigu in a struggle for the support of putin. For those
who’ve followed my postings here on this subject will recognize this.

This dispute broke more into the open as Wagner spearheaded the 10 month assault on Bakhmut. Over the course of the fight, Prigozhin increasingly complained about the lack of Russian support - mostly artillery and logistics - to press the battle. In the weeks prior to the final capture of the city, the fight came more into the open with Prigozhin openly complaining that Shoigu was deliberately withholding ammo from Wagner. After the capture of Bakhmut, Shoigu attempted to take credit for the victory.

Things really got nasty as Wagner was relieved in place by Russian forces. Semi-confirmed reports indicate that Russia had mined the roads being used by Wagner to retire to rear areas. There were also some reports of gun battles with Russian troops as well. Prigozhin also announced that Wagner would likely be pulling out and headed to more lucrative ground in Africa. More recent was a plan to form an independent police force for the occupied territories. All the while the rhetoric against Shoigu and Gerasimov was increasing.

The final straw may have been Wagners refusal to sign contracts with the MOD to become soldiers. Some of the smaller, PMCs signed on but Prigozhin refused as it would strip him of his authority over Wagner.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Unconfirmed reports are that Wagner field camps in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine were struck by rockets, helicopter gunships and artillery fire on orders from Gerasimov following a meeting with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, at which they decided to destroy Wagner. Strongly suspect this decision was based in part on Wagner’s refusal to sign contracts with the Russian Mod. PMC Wagner channels have claimed the attacks caused numerous losses.

In response to these attacks, Prigozhin issued a declaration of “declaring war on the Russian Ministry of Defense” Translation of that declaration follows.

“PMC Wagner Commanders’ Council made a decision: the evil brought by the military leadership of the country must be stopped.
They neglect the lives of soldiers. They forgot the word “justice”, and we will bring it back.
Those, who destroyed today our guys, who destroyed tens, tens of thousands of lives of Russian soldiers will be punished.
I’m asking: no one resist. Everyone who will try to resist, we will consider them a danger and destroy them immediately, including any checkpoints on our way. And any aviation that we see above our heads.
I’m asking everyone to remain calm, do not succumb to provocations, and remain in their houses. Ideally, those along our way, do not go outside.
After we finished what we started, we will return to the frontline to protect our motherland.
Presidential authority, Government, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosgvardia, and other departments will continue operating as before.
We will deal with those who destroy Russian soldiers. And we will return to the frontline.
Justice in the Army will be restored. And after this, justice for the whole of Russia.”

Other statements include Prigozhin saying that the council of Wagner commanders have decided to deal with the military leadership of Russia adding that he will destroy everyone who appears n his way. “I ask everyone to stay calm at home, do not go outside.”

One of Wagner’s channels - “All military who do not support the coup will be considered collaborators who sided with Ukrainians ... It will be interesting”.

Shortly thereafter the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia stated - “Investigation Department of the FSB of Russia legally and reasonably initiated a criminal case against Prigozhin E.V. under Article 279 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the fact of organizing an armed rebellion.”

According to BBC Russia, an order has been given to put the entire staff of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs on high alert, and to strengthen posts on the border with the “Donetsk People’s Republic” and the “Luhansk People’s Republic”.

Prigozhin wasted little time and had is army of 30,000 - 50,000 men and their equipment, mobilized and on the road to Rostov which they quickly took control of the headquarters for the Southern Military District HQ in Rostov. Prigozhin met with the deputy commander and issued ultimatums on Russian military behavior and consequences. Storming of the SMD HQ is the most strategic target in the South of Russia if you’re targeting the Ministry of Defense.

Wagner hardly paused on its march towards Moscow, with elements capturing and securing Voronezh - about the halfway point between Rostov and Moscow. A fuel depot went up in Voronezh with some claiming a Wagner Strela-10 fired on a VKS Ka-52 missed and hit the depot, other reports say it was an attack by the helicopters themselves in an effort to deny fuel to Wagner.
Latest reports are that Wagner elements have passed Yelets of Lipetsk region. This is about a third of the way to Moscow from Voronezh.

A map that i found covers some of this

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FzXQ9r3X0AAo-6A?format=jpg&name=medium

Wagner forces have faced little to no resistance so far. Border guards stood aside and permitted passage into Russia from occupied Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine. Some air/helicopter strikes on the column but Wagner also remembered to bring ADA assets and have shot down aircraft and several helicopters.

INITIAL RUSSIAN RESPONSES
Russia’s security forces are reported to be in disarray following mutiny by the Wagner Group, with Russian Telegram channels say Ministry of Defense losing control over units. Several units, including the 45th airborne brigade, refused to leave the barracks against the Wagnerites , reports the Cheka-OGPU. Other reports that Russian forces have join Wagner efforts, particularly in the Bakhmut area. Storm-Z fighters on the front lines say they support Prigozhin’s campaign against the “rats in the rear” (commanding officers) and are ready to join if he needs them. Storm-Z consists of convicts and was originally set up by the Russian Ministry of Defense to compete with Wagner.

Riot police have surrounded Wagner PMC headquarters in Molkino. Wagner troops have taken defensive positions. Helicopter armed with gatling guns dispatched to the area. This base is shared with GRU 10th Separate Special Purpose Brigade. It is suspected that the GRU unit is sympathetic to Wagner and may support them in the event of an attack.

Russian police raided Wagner headquarters in Saint Petersburg.

CHAOS IN MOSCOW
Putin has called members of the CSTO (the Russian version of NATO), President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko & Head of Kazakhstan Tokayev. But the President of Kazakhstan Tokayev refused to support Putin!! Putin himself called his Kazakh colleague, but the Kazakh said that Prigozhin’s rebellion was an internal affair of Russia.

According to the VChK-OGPU channel (supported by other sources), a source has told it that the “Krepost” (Fortress) plan has been activated in the Russian capital. Krepost is a rarely-used security plan that is intended to repel an attack on security force installations in Moscow. According to the Russian news agency RIAMO, it “implies an emergency gathering of law enforcement personnel and taking control of especially important objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service or the Federal Penitentiary Service.

BBC Russia reporting that the FSB and SOBR - National Guard spetsnaz - are setting up roadblocks around Moscow. Alarm is spreading in the city.

A fire, on a Russian military base, broke out in the Moscow region.

Russian media has gone into lockdown over reporting the coup, however, TV in Russia reportedly has been hacked and is showing Prigozhin’s address. Internet shutdown and filtering has substantially increased.

WHERE IS PUTIN?
Russian media:
“The source says there is panic in the Kremlin, no one can reach Putin”
“Source: Right now the Kremlin is negotiating about something with general governor Dyumin”

Source: Some people in the Kremlin, from the presidential administration, are finding out about a possible emergency relocation. One of the few available destinations is Uruguay”.

Putin did address the nation overnight -
“The battle for the fate of our people against the West needs unity ... Thus, actions dividing our actions are a betrayal of our brothers-in-arms ... a strike to the back of our people ... like in 1917 ... when our country was divided ... We will not let this happen ... it’s an internal BETRAYAL. “. This is a criminal campaign. It is equivalent to armed mutiny. Russia will defend itself and repel this move. We are fighting for the life and security of our citizens.”

This is a clear step in support of the Kremlin and the MoD.

However, his address didn’t calm all concerns as trackers noted that his presidential jet left Moscow for St. Petersburg.

EXPANSION OF THE CIVIL CONFLICT
Kadyrov released a statement, saying that Prigozhin has stabbed Russia in the back and that Kadyrov has sent Chechen soldiers to fight against the Wagner Group. Chechen vehicles have been observed in Rostov.

OBSERVATION
This is a really serious threat to putin and the MoD. They have failed to muster any significant defense against Wagners drive to Moscow. If the low morale of russian troops turn into support of Wagner against those who’ve made life miserable and deadly for them. Public support of the war is shaky at best and outright hostile from outlying regions outside of Moscow, where the brunt of the call-ups and casualties have been concentrated. Putin has avoided moscow call-ups for that very reason -to keep his power base secure.

Can’t really call this one yet - too many variables, but there will be a big fight once Wagner reaches Moscow. This feud will also impact defensive operations in Ukraine and grant Ukraine a window of opportunity as this coup progresses.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Overall dry conditions thru the forecast period.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
Chaos has broken out in Russia - see Russia above.

Russian MoD talks about intensification of Ukrainian activities in Bakhmut after Prigozhin’s actions:

“Taking advantage of Prigozhin’s provocation to disorganize the situation, the Kyiv regime in the Bakhmut tactical direction focuses on the starting lines for offensive operations of the unit of the 35th Marine Brigade and the 36th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Servicemen of the Southern Group of Forces are striking the enemy with air and artillery strikes.” — Ministry of Defense of Russia.

Overnight, Russia launched 40 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles and two Shahed-136/131 attack drones over Ukraine. All 40 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles, one Kalibr cruise missile and two attack drones were shot down by air defense forces and means.

Crimean front ———
Ukrainian forces hit the M18 bridge at the Chongar crossing between Russian-occupied Crimea and Kherson Oblast. Severe damage was caused to both car and railway bridges.

Russian military blogger explains the importance of the Chongar bridge: it was best suited for the Russian military and civilian supply in Kherson region, it carried 70% of the traffic.

OUTLOOK –
News feeds totally overwhelmed by the Wagner led coup. Evidence that Ukraine is intensifying its attacks around Bakhmut as the vacuum of Russian coordination has created a great opportunity to move in.

Russian morale is coming into play big time and may cause more slackness along the front lines. Can the Russian forces along the Tokmak Axis and Velyka Novosilka Axis keep their chins up and maintain their stout defense or will they start to crumble from a combination of defeatism and lack of direction from senior leadership / MoD?

Belarus -

Lukashenka took the whole family to Turkey , - Belarusian media. Lukashenka has not appeared in public since yesterday. Among his top propagandists, there are “disturbing” moods, who fear the consequences of Prigozhin’s rebellion and urge to believe and focus only on Lukashenka.

OBSERVATION - The Belarus military has a dim regard for lukashenka and their reaction against him is one of the primary reasons he hasn’t ordered the Belarus army into the Ukraine fight - as it would likely trigger a coup against him.

SERBIA / KOSOVO -

Serbia on Friday reiterated a threat to intervene militarily in its former province of Kosovo if NATO-led peacekeepers there fail to protect minority Serbs from what Belgrade called the terrorist threat of Kosovo’s ethnic Albanian authorities.

In a brief televised address, the Serbian army chief-of-staff, Gen. Milan Mojsilovic, said Kosovo Serbs can no longer “tolerate the terror” of the Kosovo government, and that Serbia’s military stands ready to fulfill its tasks “in accordance” with the Serbian constitution and any orders from President Aleksandar Vucic.

Serbia has put its troops on the border with Kosovo on the highest state of alert amid a series of recent clashes between Kosovo Serbs on one side and Kosovo police and NATO-led peacekeepers, known as KFOR, on the other. In recent weeks, NATO has sent in reinforcements amid fears of an open clash between ethnic Albanians and Serbs.

OBSERVATION - This level of tension is not getting defused any time soon. Serbia has been brewing for a fight for a number of years now.

... the fight came more into the open with Prigozhin openly complaining that Shoigu was deliberately withholding ammo from Wagner.

Bad blood...

Globalism / Great Reset –

Pulling back the curtain on how the WEF system may work are reports from China where “Chinese people, who are on the blacklist of social credit system, are barred from driving their own cars,” @SongPinganq captioned a video showing people scanning their faces at a gas station before a gate opens.

OBSERVATION - China has been on the cutting edge of the development and implementation of these controls based on digital, biometric ID merged with a CBDC related money system that tracks your ESG score.

IN RELATED - RABAT, Morocco (LifeSiteNews) — The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is “working hard” on a “global CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) platform,” the IMF managing director announced Monday.
“If we are to be successful, CBDCs could not be fragmented national propositions,” Kristalina Georgieva said during a policy roundtable discussion with Bank Al-Maghrib in Rabat, Morocco on CBDCs.
“To have transactions more efficient and fairer, we need systems that connect countries. In other words, we need interoperability,” she said in reference to a global CBDC.

“For this reason, at the IMF we are working hard on the concept of a global CBDC platform to trade and to manage risks,” she continued.

OBSERVATION - Global standards are needed to merge separate CBDC efforts - setting those standards not unlike the development of a common EV recharge plug standard. Gets everyone on the same sheet of music.

The two-day Paris summit for a New Global Financing Pact has just concluded.

The meetings were designed to build upon a landmark agreement, reached at the conclusion of last year’s COP 27 UN climate conference in Sharm-al-Sheikh, Egypt, to establish a permanent international fund for “loss and damage payments,” monies to be exacted from wealthy countries and transferred to poor countries in the global South. This unprecedented international transfer of wealth is to be implemented in the name of “climate justice.” In other words, because the climate change allegedly caused by developed countries is adversely affecting the environment and economy in poorer countries, developed countries need to pay for the damage.

the most likely forms of “innovative financing” for the loss and damage fund are various proposals for a global tax. In a note prepared in anticipation of the June Paris meeting entitled “Financing Loss and Damage: Overview of Tax/Levy Instruments Under Discussion,” authors Mattheiu Wemaëre, Lola Vallejo, and Michel Colombier of the IDDRI, a European think tank promoting the radical climate agenda, laid out several options for an international tax. These include a fossil fuel extraction levy, an air passenger/ticket levy, a tax on “windfall fossil fuel profits,” and an IMO (International Maritime Organization) carbon levy.

OBSERVATION - An international tax will go over like a lead balloon here in the US, but rest assured that biden et al will seek regulatory work arounds to support the tax by not calling it a tax.

Economy –

Corn, soy, and wheat prices have been soaring this month as growing conditions across the Midwest, a top-producing crop region, have rapidly deteriorated due to the lack of rainfall. US corn crop rated good to excellent slid to 55% in June, the lowest for this time of the growing season since 1992, reported Bloomberg.

OBSERVATION - Forecasts of good crops can easily and quickly change. This will impact a broad sector of our grocery bills from wheat based products to beef (corn).

The number of homes for sale declined by 7.1 percent year-over-year in May 2023 on a seasonally adjusted basis to 1.4 million units, according to a June 21 Redfin press release. This is the first annual decline since April last year and the lowest level of homes for sale dating back to 2012. Compared to May 2019, before the pandemic hit the housing market, May 2023 sales numbers are lower by 38.6 percent. Redfin blames the shortage of homes on persistently high mortgage rates.

OBSERVATION - As I’ve noted, the housing market is a key indicator of the health of our economy. These numbers are pretty darn bad going back to over a decade.

CW2 / Domestic violence -

Garland: “Some have chose to attack the integrity of the Justice Department by claiming that we do not treat cases alike. This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy... Nothing could be further from the truth.”

OBSERVATION - Remember Garland/DoJ has designated nearly half of the country as domestic terrorists and threats to the nation. Fundamentally, our country has insisted on transparency of our govt agencies and that now they forget they are civil servants - and if they cant stand the heat, they need to get out of the kitchen. Here too is another redefinition of words - democracy - which is no longer democracy but more like marxist/communistic tyranny. An effort to shut down opposition. At some point they will progress further to cracking down on Americans for their dissent to their rule.
As much of a slime Sen McConnell is, his refusal to allow proceedings that may have placed Garland on the USSC is about his only redeeming point.

Iowa Senator Joni Ernst introduced a bill last week titled “Why does the IRS Have Guns Act,” which would prohibit the IRS from buying or storing guns and ammunition, transfer all IRS firearms to the General Services Administration so they could be auctioned off to licensed gun dealers to reduce the national debt, and move the agency’s Criminal Investigation Division to the control of the Justice Department.

OBSERVATION - The militarization of govt alphabet agencies have been noted since the 0bama regime. The expansion of the IRS military has grave concerns as exposed by the joint IRS/ATF raid of a Great Falls MT gun store.

Terrorism -

Over the last three years, the 27 member states of the EU (European Union) have seen an increase in Islamic terrorist activity. Europol (the European Union international police organization) tracks this activity and advises EU members on how to deal with it. In 2022 380 people were arrested on suspicion of terror-related activity. Most (266) were suspected of Islamic terrorist activity. Most of those arrested were accused of belonging to an Islamic terrorist organization. This usually involved creating and distributing pro-Islamic terrorist propaganda, planning attacks or financing Islamic terrorist activity. In 2021 there were 260 arrests, only six less than in 2022. There were 254 arrests in 2020. Most of the 2022 arrests took place in countries with Moslem refugees. These included France with 93 arrests, Spain with 46, Germany with 30 and Belgium with 22. Most (13) of the sixteen attacks carried out in 2022 were by local leftist or anarchist groups. Only two attacks were carried out by Islamic terrorists and one by right-wing extremists. Most of the attacks occurred in Italy (eight) and Greece (three) and were directed at law-enforcement personnel.

https://www.strategypage.com/htmw/htterr/articles/20230625.aspx

OBSERVATION - Note the perps are primarily moslems - most likely among those that have flooded into Europe in an uncontrolled manner. Many cities in Europe have been turned into Islamic hell holes for non-moslems. Uncontrolled illegal immigration into the US may generate the same and in fact we are seeing this in moslem strongholds like Minnesota.

USS Reagan is making a port call in Vietnam.

Cyber attacks/warfare –

The Senate Armed Services Committee is proposing an outside assessment regarding an independent military cyber service, akin to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Space Force.

According to a summary of the fiscal 2024 National Defense Authorization Act released by the committee, which it finalized yesterday, the provision directs “an independent assessment of creating a Cyber Force or further evolving the existing force development and management model.”

OBSERVATION - Unified cyberwarfare element, like Space Force.

China –

During 2022 China increased its nuclear warhead inventory by 15 percent. At 410 warheads, China has the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world, behind Russia’s 4,489 warheads (including 12 added in 2022) and America’s 3,708. The remaining nuclear powers have smaller warhead inventories. France has 290, Britain 225, Pakistan 170 (five added in 2022), India 164 (four added in 2022) Israel 90 and North Korea 30 (five added in 2022).

********
Yesterday, much of the world watched in semi-unbelief as Wagner forces blitzkrieged to Moscow without facing any coherent opposition. Then late afternoon this coup ended with a whimper but its aftershocks will continue for a substantial time.

Yesterday Belarusian President Lukashenko spent most of Saturday negotiating a deal between Prigozhin and Putin. Some of the nuts and bolts of this agreement include -

Prigozhin to be granted asylum in Belarus by Lukashenko and all criminal charges dropped.
2. According to Russian State Media, major changes to the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense including changes to the current Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu and Army Chief of General Staff, Valery Gerasimov have reportedly been agreed upon.
3. Part of Wagner mercenaries will sign contracts with Defense Ministry. The Wagner mercenaries who did not participate in the rebellion will sign contracts with the Defense Ministry and will not be prosecuted.

Commentary and observations are abundant in the interwebs but a few are worth noting. First Prigozhin may have attained his goal - ouster of Shoigu and Gerasimov from military leadership, who he has blamed for the quagmire Russian forces find themselves in.

Secondly, the coup exposed huge rifts in the Russian military, with many regular forces either refusing to stop Wagner or going a far as joining them. This may have reactivated fault lines in the general command structure and cause increase friction and resource fighting.
This will also remove a hardened, experienced unit from the major fight Russia is facing this summer. Though Russian forces in southern Ukraine have held up well so far, the bench is pretty thin should a breakout be accomplished.

Thirdly, this event displayed the great weakness of putin and the broader public dissatisfaction for the war. NOTE while potentially propaganda, there are an abundance of reports and videos of Russian citizens praising Wagner forces, particularly in Rostov. Wagner support also rose quickly in Moscow proper. Reports continue that putin (as well as many well to do Muscovites) fled Moscow.

Finally (though I could wax on with more) Russia has lost one of its most competent fighting units. Wagner will be cut up and distributed as regular forces to other Russian units where you can bet they will be given the worst tasks available and be given little trust. This could backfire just like kicking embers out of a fire that could start more fires.

This disarray will take a while to sort back out as the action has severely limited logistics flow thru Rostov and ripples flow thru Russian forces facing Ukraine. How will that impact morale?

One other item, evidence suggests that contrary to Prigozhin statements indicating this his revolt was mostly spontaneous, preparation have been in the works for some time. You just don’t pickup and move about 30,000 troops with tanks, APC, ADA and logistic support on a moments notice. US intel (crowing after the fact) says they saw preparations being made a month ago and rumors from Russia that they suspected something was afoot two days before Wagner kicked off this operation.

One thing is certain, putin will not accept this asylum of one who he has declared to be a ‘Traitor” residing in his backyard. putin’s eventual revenge will come about and Prigozhin should avoid tea and windows.

NUCLEAR THREATS –
Wagner forces were thought to have attempted to seize control of an ammo storage facility believed to contain nuclear weapons during their drive to Moscow. It appears that the coup was ended before this was accomplished.

Ukraine –

WEATHER FORECAST – Temperatures with highs in the 70’s and 80’s. Overall dry conditions thru the forecast period.

RUMINT –
Unconfirmed reports that Ukraine has staged a crossing of the Dniper River near the Oleshky Bridge site near Kherson. Reports indicated ferries carrying armor and soldiers across.

24 HOUR ROUND UP –
With yesterday’s chaos in Russia, Ukraine OPSEC screen went back up - possibly assessing the response of Russian forces it is facing in southern and eastern Ukraine.

Russia launched a missile attack on Kyiv overnight. Minor success as debris from intercepted missiles killed some civilians and took out power for several districts around the city.

Bakhmut Axis
Chechen units pulled out of the Bakhmut region to counter Wagner were targeted by Ukraine artillery, infliction heavy losses. The pull out also permitted Ukraine to attack and essentially liquidate the remnants of a Russian Brigade north of Bakhmut, allowing an Ukranian advance in the sector.

OUTLOOK –
As the dust settles with the Wagner/MoD scuffle, Ukraine appears to be looking to quickly take advantage of the chaos in the Russian leadership in the theatre.

The breach of the dam on the Dniper River may have granted Ukraine an opportunity to flank some of the Russian defenses and hit some of the weaker Russian units in Southern Ukraine. Have to monitor this if it develops further.
