This means that a ‘mandate’ does NOT become effective unless YOU accept it. If you do not accept the terms, it is null. Once you comply, wearing masks/testing/quarantining/shots, you agree. A ‘mandate’ is NOT a law.
A President cannot make law.
OSHA cannot make law.

Exactly right. Many people are either ignorant of this, or choose to ignore/forget it.
That right there is a big one, and unforgivable.!
In ‘21 I was just being released from rehab after a severe case of Covid & was given 2 shots of some Pfizer crap without being told much about it. Had no adverse effects since then, but I hope that was their best shot as they are not getting another one. Don’t trust these people.
Went to my PCP and was not asked about taking any vaccine flu or covid.
