It seems unlikely 500 people could even fit into the parking lot unless they were standing on the cars.
And they are apparently undamaged. That is not what would happen for any significant bomb payload.
The actual damage looks more like the results of a small explosion and fire from a Palestinian rocket booster crash landing in the parking lot.

I noticed that of all the people supposedly being rushed for medical treatment in the Hamas fake propaganda video after the hospital explosion, not a single child or adult had any blood on them.
