How dare life interrupt Freeping???!!!
Nice.
Very sorry about your dog.
You can tell us...
...or at least tell Tonto.
(you may have to tell it twice)
It had to do with being dumber than a certain ethnic group, which back in the day was considered the poster ethnic group for lack of intelligence.
It wasn’t true, of course, but that was then.
As opposed to today, where a certain ethnic group burns down neighborhood stores then bemoans that they live in a food desert!
Odd that there are no jokes about them to be told...
You’re just racist.
Unless said group is white.
Then, Speak Truth to Power, Buddy!!!
I made it to my appointment early enough to almost get the paperwork finished before I was called in, then, went across the street (almost) to the InstaCare for the tests that were ordered, and am now waiting for the results of those tests to be announced to me.
I suspect there will be a big change in my diet, but other than that, life will go on!
The wind is blowing but the day is nice, so I’ll enjoy it while I can!
I’m glad it worked out. I’m just back from Kathleen’s riding lesson.
I’m about ready to call it a day because the week (Since Sunday and my flat tire) has been too hectic for me to deal with in a sane way.
Maybe tomorrow will be better. I’ll go get groceries then come home and sort pills and then wait for Carissa to come by. It’s her birthday, so I’ll give her one of my infamous doilies. She seems to think I’m the only person in the world with talent to crochet, so I’ll let her! :o])
Now I need to fix Chip’s food and then my own. He seems very happy to not be disturbed by my coming into the living room on my way to the kitchen in the middle of the night. So he’s got the best of both worlds — doesn’t have to share his little hidey hole and doesn’t have to share his food.
Anyway, have a good night and I’ll see you in the morning!
I can’t crochet, so Carissa and I make two!
I’m well along on one of my multicolor scarves, with no mistakes so far. You can have it when it’s done. I have until fall to make more for the girl Boy Scouts.
You can always make scarves for the homeless shelter. Folks need to be warm. And if your looms came with patterns for a hat, you could make those, as well. You may not crochet, but you’re “crafty” so you can do almost anything with your hands.
I’m looking forward to getting the scarf!
Good morning. Happy Friday Eve!
I think I’m coming down with whatever Mrs. ArGee had. Between that and the Princess deciding she needed to be on the bed with us around 1am I am feeling a little punk. (She really likes my side of the bed, apparently. And I don’t understand that her legs stick out sideways so she can’t just take up a tiny amount of space.) I’ll take something for my aches when Mrs. ArGee gets out of the shower.
Maybe there was thunder last night. It’s been rainy this morning.
Anyway, owrk beckons. But not before I post another trey at Wordle.

A Scottish Fold! How cute!
Good morning. I had some wild dreams again last night. But lately, that’s been the norm. It’s OK. It happens every once in a while.
I’ll go after the groceries in a while, then sort my pills and get the doily ready for Carissa. She won’t be here until this afternoon some time, so there is time to get it ready for her.
And that will be my day!
A beautiful day it will be — it will be mostly sunny and 83Β° but right now, it’s 51Β°.
I’m so sorry you’ve got the Punies, ArGee, and I hope Mrs ArGee is over her Whatever It Is.
As for dogs on beds, you should talk to Nully for advice about that. It seems Tyson, Who’s Not Allowed On The Furniture, doesn’t know what the rules are conerning humans and their furniture.
I hope you have a good day, no matter what, and that you don’t get too sick. I’ll keep you all in my prayers.
Tyson-who-is-not-allowed-on-the-furniture graciously allowed me to have the whole bed to myself last night...
Good dog, Tyson!
I don’t remember my dreams from last night, which is good.
I don’t often remember mine, these days, but the fact that this one about fire involved so many different fires, it’s rather hard to forget. The rest are just a jumble of color and action. Like being in a B-movie and not being able to get back to reality.
