Biden in his deranged Valley Forge speech criticized Trump by saying Trump “refused” to attend a ceremony in Normandy on the 75th anniversary of D-Day, June 6th 1944. In reality Trump couldn’t attend the ceremony because bad weather (heavy rain) prevented his helicopter from making the trip from Paris to Normandy. Biden’s speech was supposed to have been made on January 6th, the anniversary of the mostly peaceful protest at the Capitol. Ironically, Biden made the speech a day early - because there was predicted to be bad weather on January 6th.

Precisely. Republicans need to flush Biden out in the open - press for the maximum number of televised debates with Trump, more cameras to capture Biden at campaign events. Eventually, given Joe’s ever-worsening dementia, what is happening behind closed doors will be happening out in front of the eyes of the public.

My father-in-law had dementia in the later years. He was a non-drinking, no cursing kind of guy before; then turned into a interracial sex porn fiend who regularly said highly inappropriate things as the dementia progressed until his death.
I see that with the ol’ potato in chief, too. Same signs.

You don’t have to be old to use language like that, or be demented. There are plenty of people in their 20s and 30s who drop F bombs continuously. Biden may just be communicating to his young staff in the language with which they are most familiar.
