The downstream effect is the 100% loss of Democratic format voting by the citizens from the president all the way down to the local dog catcher.
We can assume (albeit with an N = 1) that if this is not leaked then it was a 9-0 decision either way.

Yeah I think even the commies on the court know that ruling against Trump would mean that red states could ban Biden off the ballot so basically in November we would have no president since neither one would get to 270..Trump should NOT be removed and neither should Biden, let the voters decide! And I think the reason they are revealing the decision tomorrow is because with Super Tuesday, Colorado votes and Trump’s name is still on the ballot, if they were ruling against him they would have had to had time to issue new ballots without his name, its too late for that so its gonna be 9-0 maybe one or two vote against him but I still think its gonna be 9-0

If it is not 9-0, the dissenting argument is sure going to be interesting. I just want it broad enough to squash the other states arguments to exclude Trump.

Besides the fact that it’s wrong, They are hoping to start a trend that eventually get Trump removed in all states, or as many swing states as possible.
Also, they want to suppress republican turn out in contested races down the ballot.
They also want to increase the popular vote margin for democrats so they can make that argument.
And if you take Trump off a ballot, it may further fracture the national vote because other candidates will get on the ballot to replace Trump.
I’m saying 8-1.
If he does that, I want to know where so I can move there too!
