Only Congress can grant that right by passing a law. Some scumbag politicalized judge cannot grant rights.

Notice that democrats want to take guns from citizens, but they want to create situations whereby guns become responsible for murder or criminal activity.

This cannot undo the current purchase form required by the ATF/DOJ when purchasing a gun. It clearly states you must be law abiding, not using illegal drugs by federal law, not have abused any other person, not in the country illegally, not courts martialed, not a felon.

I am saying that you are misapplying natural rights and the protections we have as United States citizens from the United States government infringing on those natural rights to people who are not United States citizens and in this country without permission. By insisting that because they have natural rights—which is not in dispute—they also have the same protections as United States citizens even though they are not United States citizens and do not have permission to be within the borders of the sovereign country of the United States making them minimally, illegal aliens and maximally, invaders, you are saying that a foreign power could send their citizens here, have them acquire arms, and the United States government would be powerless to do anything about it because the 2nd Amendment protects the now armed invaders.
