Looking online, I’m seeing the record for most pullups in one minute by a female is 39 versus 68 male. Bodyweight exercises are easier for lighter folks. Gross strength exercises reward bulk.
I prefer bodyweight exercises but I’m an old guy, don’t like gyms and could not bulk up all that much no matter how much I lifted. Couldn’t come close to doing 20 pullups either...
