Smartmatic has nothing to do with Arizona

George Soros and his Diebold voting machines (Smartmatic) began to be used in the U.S. after being tested in 2004 with Hugo Chávez’s win in Venezuela.
The core of the Dominion (and ES&S) tabulators is a variation of the Smartmatic algorithm.
Dominion Voting Systems (tabulators and scanners) were used in the Arizona 2022 election.
