My son paints leads ... for battle scenes, etc. He’s extremely good at it (38 years old and been at it since teen years). He builds the figures then paints them.
I remember seeing a lot of those in the 1970s, in college; lead miniatures of WWII-era tanks, ships, soldiers, and of course D&D stuff. :’)
Did we plough up the Garden of Eden?

The Venus of Willendorf dates back to 20,000BC. But the Venus is just 11cm long: surely not a statue.
