At first, I was concerned. I thought NU on the website signified Northwestern Univ. When I saw that it was New Ulm, I knew this was just another numbnuts new ager.

Since the Earth has been much hotter in its past than it is now, and it didn’t go kablooie then, I doubt that it will go kablooie now. I do not doubt, however, that Mr. Tom Chalko needs to be in a rubber room with half of his bloodstream replaced by pharmaceuticals.

If it would finally shut up the idiotic global warming morons, I would start praying for it to occur.

These people don’t even read the Bible. Ummm, the world doesn’t get destroyed. Things are destroyed on it, and things die, but the earth does not pass away. Revelation.

Chill down a six pack of Heineken and ride it out. You’ll do just fine.

It's happened before to another civilization.

They sent the only son of the planet's leading scientific couple to a backward world where his special abilities would give him an advantage growing up among barbaric cultures. Seems to have worked out okay over the years......

Very scary.

Of course, the writer neglected to mention that our neighbor planet, Venus, has endured REAL runaway global warming caused by an example of REAL greenhouse effect. Whereas the average global temperature on the earth is 13 Deg. C (per the article), on Venus its probably closer to 600 Deg C for the average temperature. And it's been the hot for billions of years - Velokofsky not withstanding.

But this guy seems worried that the temperature of the earth might increase by maybe 1 or 2 degree centigrade - in 100 years - what most of the global warming panic stricken twits are worried about. Still somewhat less than 600 Deg. C, we could all agree.

The writer also neglected to mention that Venus somehow has never managed to blow up in all those billions of years, either.

I guess we're not scaring children enough anymore, predicting one Deg. Celsius of temp rise. So let's just up the ante slightly to blowing up the planet.

I would suggest that is already the case.

I’ll bet pharmaceuticals got him where he is today.

——He enjoys a good health, that he has restored himself in 1994 from quite a miserable state——

Complete bunk. Venus, our next door neighbor and closest planet in size to the earth (almost identical) has an atmosphere 90 times ours and almost totally comprised of co2. Its temperature is 900 degrees Fahrenheit (day and night). If it hasn’t exploded, we sure won’t either.

Too many Moonbeams? Geez! I thought ONE Moonbeam was bad enough, especially when he was Governor of Cali-Fornia!

I moved out of the state at long last, near the end of his reign. Between him & Carter....

Thanks for linking this to the earthquake article by this moonbat that I posted.

He holds PhD in laser holography

A PhD in holography? That's like having a PhD in knitting. And as someone who's made plenty of holograms in the past, I ought to know! It's a simple process. When I was making them, our most important tool was a string with a knot in it for measuring out distances.

Like any socialist you have to create a demon and propose a solution. But that solution forwards his agenda causing the rest of us to lose a little more liberty.

By now he’s probably being followed by a moonshadow and is terrified, kinda like Jimmy Carter and the giant bunny rabbit.

Thanks for linking this to the earthquake article by this moonbat that I posted.

The REALLY scary point is that the earthquake article has been picked up by AP and it appears on the CBS tech news page (Today's Quakes Deadlier Than In Past) where it will be read by a few as gospel who know not that he is a first-rate nut. And though some will recognize him for the quack he is, others will believe him and say again its necessary to take drastic steps to alleviate "global warming."

Since people aren’t taking notice of the Global Warming Scare (a trumped up paranoia line of bull), I’ve hit upon a new name. The Green Menace.
